We have converted our garage into a well-equipped 17 m² studio for 1 person. It is located next to our house. Very well located, just a stone's throw from the Jardin des Plantes; the F1 bus will take you to the city center in 10 minutes. It is close to all amenities (convenience stores, bakery, pharmacy...). Private entrance; you have the use of a small terrace. The garden area is shared. You will be captivated by the lush greenery, the tranquility, and the peacefulness of the neighborhood. Linens are provided.

With direct access from the train station thanks to the T4, our small independent house with summer kitchen will delight you for a business trip or a few days of vacation. You will be at the entrance to the Jardin des Plantes de ROUEN and 10 minutes by bus from the historic center right bank as well as 5 minutes from the Parc ExpoZenith. You can park your vehicle for free on the street right in front of our property and enjoy our landscaped garden. Cycling enthusiasts welcome. Bikes are safe.
