We have converted our garage into a well-equipped 17 m² studio for 1 person. It is located next to our house. Very well located, just a stone's throw from the Jardin des Plantes; the F1 bus will take you to the city center in 10 minutes. It is close to all amenities (convenience stores, bakery, pharmacy...). Private entrance; you have the use of a small terrace. The garden area is shared. You will be captivated by the lush greenery, the tranquility, and the peacefulness of the neighborhood. Large house in the Normandy countryside, very quiet, on the edge of the Seine loops, 20 minutes from Rouen (historic districts) and 45 minutes from the sea (Veules-les-Roses, Dieppe, Etretat). In the middle of the fields, surrounded by animals (sheep, donkeys, chickens). The house consists of a large living room with fireplace, a large dining room (12 people) and an equipped kitchen.
