Holiday rentals with a patio in Le Couchant, La Grande-Motte

Just right for our week in Montpellier!

We had a great time at Julien's place. The neighborhood is quiet, close to the old town and the train station on foot. Good little restaurants nearby. The building is very quiet. The apartment is comfortable, well-equipped, well-decorated; good bedding. Contact with Julien is easy. We recommend it.

The space has huge volumes that make everyone feel comfortable and inviting to relax. The bedding is comfortable and the kitchen and bathrooms are very nice. The bedroom with bunk beds is small and overlooks the kitchen but it is charming. Very well located 2 steps from Les Halles while being in a quiet street. Communication is easy with very responsive hosts. I recommend.

Very quiet studio, small table outside for eating, good bedding, very clean place. Matthieu and Amélie are very accommodating.

Didier’s stylish and superbly located apartment is pretty much the perfect Airbnb. It’s very well equipped – the kitchen has everything you’d need if you were an enthusiastic cook; the beds are so comfortable that we returned home wishing we’d brought them back with us; the place was sparkling clean and the location is as good as you can get – on the edge of a lovely, flower-filled square lined with restaurants, a couple of minutes’ walk from the old centre of Montpellier and public transport in the form of the prettiest trams you’ve ever seen. We found communication with Didier and his co-host Gregory very easy both during the booking process and while we were there – questions were answered quickly and usefully. There were plenty of helpful recommendations for restaurants and places to visit – having cocktails in the extraordinary, wonderful bar -the ‘salle des mariages’ at the nearby 17th century Richer de Belleval hotel - was a treat we’d never have come across by ourselves.

Great stay!!!! We were delighted with the accommodation, very large with everything you need (sheets, towels, equipped kitchen, etc.). It is ideally located (close to the Lez market, tram, beach 20 min). Finally, the host was very attentive and available. Great welcome, thank you!

We three friends very much felt like we were staying in somebody’s home. It was welcoming, very well, equipped, and comfortable. We all slept well and enjoyed the beauty of this home. In particular, the outdoor kitchen was where we spent the most time. It was a beautiful spot to enjoy the garden, the sky, the air, the birds. Also the tiny village of St Laurent d’Aigouze is well equipped with a boulangerie/patisserie, at least three café restaurants, and a grocery store. It is walkable and friendly. The village is well located to visit many attractions in the Camargue. Highly recommend.

We had a lovely stay! Since we drove overnight with two children, we were there early in the morning. That was no problem for Silvere. We were warmly welcomed. There was even water, milk and breakfast etc. available! Silvere explained everything to us very nicely. He was always available and accommodating! We could not have asked for a better host! The house is very nice and lovingly furnished. Everything is available and we felt very comfortable.

The house was super clean and tastefully decorated. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Very well located, right in the old town with a parking space only a few minutes' walk away. Everything you need is nearby as well as beautiful excursion destinations. Christelle was very friendly and helpful. What didn't bother us, but maybe important to know is: there is only a curtain to the bathroom and no door. We would come back.

Perfect stay for a romantic getaway after our wedding! We were able to rest, enjoy the spa, in early June it is still very quiet! Carole, very friendly, gave very clear indications, her accommodation is very nice and well arranged, the sea at the end of the road... It was ideal ✨

an unforgettable weekend in an exceptional place! we had a fantastic stay in this high-end airbnb, perfect for a weekend with friends or to celebrate an EVJF. the place is beautifully decorated with taste, super clean and very well equipped everything is well thought out in every detail to spend a magical time. But the real highlight is the host: the owner is amazing! Friendly, funny and ultra accommodating, she really helped make our stay a total success. Thank you for your good mood and availability, it's rare to come across people who are so warm and professional at the same time. we recommend it 200% with our eyes closed! we will come back without hesitation ❤️

Emilie's place is very pleasant to live in with the veranda and the small quiet garden which is a plus, the beds made on arrival and small welcome gifts. We had 4 bikes that we were able to park in the enclosed courtyard safely. Emilie is very friendly and responsive. No complaints, everything was perfect. Thank you!!

Clean and perfectly located apartment, with a superb terrace offering views of both the beach and the garden. I recommend it, even if the price in my case was a bit expensive (with a big AirB&B commission). Only downside: bed linen and towels are not included, but it is very easy to rent on site.

Very good stay in the accommodation, small but very well equipped especially for young children (3 months and 3 years), faithful to the description. Well located accommodation, quiet neighborhood, clean and easy to access swimming pool, presence of bikes appreciated. small downside, difficult to move around when opening the cot. A big thank you, we have built beautiful memories there with our children.

Celine is available, flexible and responsive. The accommodation is in new condition close to the port and the main ones. Parking and secure building. Celine is present at checkout and on arrival. Great human connection, a pleasure!

I booked this apartment for my 80-year-old parents. Everything was perfect, the welcome and good humor of Myriam, the magnificent view from the large terrace, the nearby beach, the swimming pool, the walks either by the sea or in the center of Sète just 20 minutes' walk away and the shops of the corniche 5 minutes away.
