The apartment is located in a beachfront residence. Only a pedestrian path separates the residence from the beach. You will enjoy the furnished terrace with sea views from morning until evening. My place is close to leisure activities (water park, tennis, golf, sailing base...) and public transportation. You'll also love it for the outdoor spaces, the quiet neighborhood and the brightness. The accommodation is perfect for families, couples and business travelers (Wi-Fi, parking).

This large studio is "Emilie's Little Paradise". Having spent my holidays there during all my youth, it has my best childhood memories. It's full of treasures: beach sand, shellfish, pods. It smells like a sea air and is always sunny. It is in the city center, 400m from the beach (south), 1km from the Etang du Ponant (in the East) and its green setting, and 400m from the port (to the west). Thanks to its privileged location, you can do anything on foot. 🙂🏖️.
