The 34 m2 Studio is located on the 1st floor of a modern and quiet residence facing the Lycée Guist'hau. It has a 10 m2 terrace, a private parking space in the building's underground parking lot which is under video surveillance and common green spaces in the condominium. The accommodation is a 5-minute walk from Place Graslin, many restaurants in the city center and 7 minutes from Place Royal. It is also close to a very nice green space located 10 min walk "Parc de Procé".

Ideal for working during the week or your weekend getaways! Quiet neighborhood, accessible only by car.

In a 20 m2 home, we offer a bedroom (mezzanine bed) with bathroom and a kitchenette. Our house is on the banks of the Loire with quick access to a pedestrian path. Close to Mauves train station (4 km), 15 minutes by car from Nantes. There is no parking in front of the house but possibility for a car at 50 m and in the adjoining streets for a bigger vehicle. The street is very transient and requires vigilance when walking.

In a quiet and leafy residential area, close to the tram-train, the ring road (near the airport), shops, a leisure area (cinemas, restaurants), I welcome you to a house with a garden, equipped kitchen, bathroom and spacious bedroom with queen-size bed. The accommodation includes wifi, a TV, a washing machine, an oven and a microwave. Easy and free street parking. Linens and towels are provided. No smoking allowed.

Our house is from the 1950s, it was designed from A to Z by my dad. We live on the first floor and the apartment is below. We've brought everything up to date. The apartment includes 1 large bedroom..with bed 1 sofa and 1 single bed 1 fully equipped kitchen 1 x shower 1 wc You have access through the boiler room to the garden. You can enjoy your meals and rest there. Everything is quiet.
