It is located 2 km from the village of Champtoceaux, 5 km from Oudon train station and 30 km from Nantes. Guests can enjoy a large garden and reach a Loire beach on foot or by bike. The Outbuilding

We will be delighted to host you in our former 22 m2 wine press, renovated in 2018. With a nice covered terrace. you will have an equipped kitchen area, a retractable bed in the living room, a shower room. We are on a landscaped area of 2400 m2, a stone's throw from the village of our municipality of Champtoceaux (all shops within walking distance, outdoor swimming pool in July and August in the town center).
