Holiday rentals with beach access in Le Cannet

Great stay here, check in was really easy. Kevin welcomed us to the apartment showed us where everything was which was really helpful. Contacted us day after check in to make sure we had everything we needed and gave some recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. Kevin was really responsive and helpful. The apartment was spotlessly clean, well equipped and peaceful. Huge bonus was the location to the beach, restaurants and a great supermarket. The apartment is in an ideal location to explore Antibes, Nice, Eze and Monaco. Underground Garage makes parking easy and the infinity pool with a view across to Nice was really lovely, again spotlessly clean with sunbeds. Well maintained communal areas and pretty gardens. Will definitely stay here again when visiting France and would 100% recommend to others 😊

We LOVED our stay here!!! Everything was perfect and beyond our expectations. The bed was super comfortable and they went over and above with the little touches like welcome box, great coffee, yummy jam options etc etc. It was also perfect location so close to everything and the instructions of where to park and helpful tips was amazing. A great find! Perfect for our business trip at the Palais. Easy to walk everywhere and so close to the beach! Really near old town Nice too with all the restaurants. Apartment was beautifully presented with a great space, and amazing big balcony looking into sea views! Fantastic place would highly recommend and will be back!

Jean-Christophe was very attentive to all the details, e.g. the accessibility from the train to the apartment, as well as at check-in. The apartment was as described and incredibly cozy. A wonderful balcony overlooking the pool and the sea, palm trees. Great care is taken to ensure safety in the facility. The pool with supervision. A very nice restaurant nearby. Everything you need is within walking distance, market, bus stop, access to the train, Cannes, La Croisette can be reached in 10 minutes. Beach easy to reach and sports facilities. A perfect apartment for a relaxing holiday. Very happy to come back.

Me and my husband had an awesome stay in Laurent’s place . He came right away when I called him that we arrived . I his instructions were perfect .. the place was quiet , private snd near to all like stores , restaurant and etc. we were happy and satisfied with the money we paid for renting the place.. I will surely recommend the place to My friends and relatives .

We were looking for a calm place to stay. This place exceeded out expectations. Calm, clean, beautiful and the hidden terrace is just waw to take a morning coffee. I highly recommend it. Thank you so much making it unforgettable for us.

I spent my weekend in Cannes in Emerick's accommodation, the apartment was clean and had air conditioning. Nothing bad to report. As soon as I return to Cannes, I will not hesitate to book the same accommodation again.

Our week in Cannes could not have been more perfect. Maxime’s apartment is a 15 min walk from the centre. The apartment is quiet, lodged up on the hills, on the top floor with a beautiful view of the sea (no elevator though). The apartment has all that you would want, even a dishwasher. A big pleasant nature reserve is nearby, great for walking a dog. Cannes itself exceeded our expectations this sunny April week. So many great restaurants in its charming town centre, pleasant beach promenade, beautiful beaches, and not to be missed, great nature to stroll through on the island of Sainte Marguerite, a 15-minute ferry ride away. Easy trails. Bring a picnic; dining options on the island are slim. Also, we used our base in Cannes to make a couple of day excursions to Antibes, half an hour’s drive away. Unmissable. We were a bit apprehensive that Cannes would not be dog friendly. Dogs are only allowed on the beaches from November to March; but apart from this the town is dog friendly.

A serene and tranquil haven in the hills around the Cote d'Azur, kitted out with all the modern conveniences you could want (wonderful kitchen, heated salt water pool) but with that inimitable French rustic charm and a garden and grounds to die for. No more than 10 minutes from the beaches of Cannes, Antibes, Juan le Pins and the hidden gem that is Le Cannet, plus an abundance of boulangeries, patisseries and hypermarkets for fresh produce all within walking / short driving distance. Patrick is a host as charming as his home and made our family holiday that much more enjoyable because of his humour, responsiveness and kindness. A truly magical Airbnb for all the family!

Nathalie was wonderful! She reached out a few days before check-in to ask our flight schedule and provide her number. She also met us outside the property and showed us how to lock/ unlock the doors, discuss checkout timing, and make us feel at home. She also left us with a delicious bottle of rosé- the perfect welcome gift for southern France! The kitchen was immaculate and there were lots of dishes, cookware, glassware, and utensils. The kitchen towels smelled like a fresh lavender field! Cannot recommend enough.

This home is in an amazing location with easy access to the bus which takes you everywhere you want to go and more. The home has so much character and of course beautiful views. Dominique and his wife met us at the bus stop and orientated us around the home which was very helpful. Recommend and would stay again.

We had a week long stay at Masion Regina and it was a wonderful stay for my wife and I. We had plenty of space, comfort of two full bathrooms helped us get out the door quickly in the morning. And the location could not be beat. Our first, and certainly not last time in Antibes. Strong AirCon, comfy bed and amenities were great. The rooftop terrace was spectacular; we changed our plans to have a quiet lunch on Sunday afternoon after picking up some provisions at the market and it was a highlight moment for sure. Only note, is that we were there for an entire week and only afforded two towels each which were not very nice and rough. We had to do some laundry which was less than ideal while on holiday, but this is only a minor note for improvement. Overall, wonderful all around and highly recommend!

Experience the most authentic southern French country life.Beautiful stone house, beautiful lake view, even if you go the wrong way to the lake, it is a beautiful trip.The room is clean and cozy.The hostess and host are very kind people and will give you a lot of privacy.The most special thing is the two gun dogs, I want to take them home directly ∠ (｀ω´*).

We had a great stay. The house is very nice and welcoming, Régine was very good at welcoming us and even advised us what to do in the area, I recommend without hesitation. 😊

Beautiful house with comfortable beds, on a quiet street but perfect location right next to the Old Town, which had lots of restaurants and of course the market. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely be back. Christina and Ivan were lovely and we had a great day on their boat too.

What an amazing stay with Pascale & Franck! The place is super child friendly with lots of toys and games and the flat is really private with lots of space. The kitchen has everything you could need and Pascale even left us a few little treats in the fridge on arrival. There is a little bakery 5mins walk from the door and there is a big Carrefore about 5mins drive away so really convenient. Cannes, Antibes, Nice, Mougins etc are all really accessible too.

Great place to relax. Rebecca was very communicative, and her cookies were SO DELICIOUS! A very nice treat after many hours of travel. Apartment is clean and has all of the essentials and then some. Would stay here again.

I cannot thank Xavier enough for the stay! This space is absolutely incredible, and is exactly as shown in the photos. It’s in an ideal location and is central to everything you’d want to see and do in Cannes! Not to mention , the building itself is gorgeous. Xavier also provides ample recommendations, and is super responsive and flexible with the check in/ check out process. If I’m ever back in Cannes, I will be staying here again for sure! Highly recommended anyone books this spot for your next trip to Cannes ☺️

Honestly, this was probably the best Airbnb we’ve stayed at — and we’ve stayed in many across different countries. If you’re looking for a place to stay on the Côte d’Azur, just book this one. I spent over a week researching options, so I know pretty well what’s out there in this area, and I’m happy we ended up choosing this one. The location is amazing — literally one step from the beach. There’s a big grocery store right across the street, an underground parking garage, and a really nice infinity pool in the complex. The apartment itself is super well-equipped — everything is modern, from the blackout curtains to the shower. Villeneuve-Loubet turned out to be a great spot — calm and relaxing, but also perfect as a base to explore the French Riviera, Monaco, and even Italy (about 1.5 hours by car). Corinne was also a fantastic host — always quick to respond (usually within 5 minutes) and really helpful whenever we had a question. Highly recommended — we would love to come back!

We absolutely loved this cozy and beautiful apt. The view was worth the money! Frederic was super nice and helpful, responsive and flexible, provided recommendations for local restaurants. Walkable to the beach, coffee shops, restaurants and grocery stores. We found the parking right outside the building very easy too!

Best view. That’s pretty much all you need to know. The place is great - small but compact with everything you need! Just a few min walk to one of the best beaches in the neighborhood, the old town is a 5 min walk away. Plenty of restaurants around. Can’t recommend it enough!

A small comfortable place for a few nights and not too far from the beach (5 min walk) and the city center (25 min walk, it's a nice walk along the sea). We enjoyed our stay in this small studio despite the insulation of the thin walls... The accommodation is easy to access, parking right in front of the residence, everything was clean when we arrived! Everything you need to have a good stay and the host was very responsive and in communication:)

Judy was nice and communicative. Check in was easy. The neighborhood is convenient and easy to navigate. The elevator was good. The air conditioning was good. The recent renovation was good. I would stay here again.

Izabela is a wonderful host. She took excellent care of me even went out of her way to have my favorite almond milk waiting for me. She's such a sweet soul and really cares about the experience and made sure that I felt very comfortable. Her place is beautiful. the location is central and I enjoyed my walks up the hill and discovering the garden hike as well as regular walks to the Palais and Croisette and Rue de Antibes. Really great experience overall! Highly recommend her place.
