Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Le Cannet

Great stay here, check in was really easy. Kevin welcomed us to the apartment showed us where everything was which was really helpful. Contacted us day after check in to make sure we had everything we needed and gave some recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. Kevin was really responsive and helpful. The apartment was spotlessly clean, well equipped and peaceful. Huge bonus was the location to the beach, restaurants and a great supermarket. The apartment is in an ideal location to explore Antibes, Nice, Eze and Monaco. Underground Garage makes parking easy and the infinity pool with a view across to Nice was really lovely, again spotlessly clean with sunbeds. Well maintained communal areas and pretty gardens. Will definitely stay here again when visiting France and would 100% recommend to others 😊

The apartment is clean and is also suitable for a longer stay as it has everything you might need. Location is also great. I would recommend this place!

Magnificent location for the Cannes Congress Centre, wonderful Cafe on the ground floor next door. It was an excellent trip in a lovely apartment. We are 100% satisfied with our stay.

A great find! Perfect for our business trip at the Palais. Easy to walk everywhere and so close to the beach! Really near old town Nice too with all the restaurants. Apartment was beautifully presented with a great space, and amazing big balcony looking into sea views! Fantastic place would highly recommend and will be back!

Great location in a quiet neighborhood. It’s near the farmer’s market and grocery store. As a former Superhost, I prefer to stay at a home with lots of reviews and experience. Our check in was very flexible and our host was very responsive when we messaged. It was a very large space which was great for entertaining other filmmakers. Awesome dishwasher and loved the washer/dryer combo. The only downside: there is only one toilet, but two showers.

I booked to organise a surprise birthday for my boyfriend. The house is beautiful and well maintained, very well equipped, the bedding is perfect, we had good weather so we were able to enjoy the pool. The view is breathtaking in all parts of the house. Small issue with the gate due to the power outage a few days before but Alexandra was very responsive and was able to rectify the small issue. It is with great pleasure that we will return to spend a few days in this beautiful house as soon as we have the opportunity

A serene and tranquil haven in the hills around the Cote d'Azur, kitted out with all the modern conveniences you could want (wonderful kitchen, heated salt water pool) but with that inimitable French rustic charm and a garden and grounds to die for. No more than 10 minutes from the beaches of Cannes, Antibes, Juan le Pins and the hidden gem that is Le Cannet, plus an abundance of boulangeries, patisseries and hypermarkets for fresh produce all within walking / short driving distance. Patrick is a host as charming as his home and made our family holiday that much more enjoyable because of his humour, responsiveness and kindness. A truly magical Airbnb for all the family!

We (3 girlfriends) just spent 5 days in Jean-Philippe‘s house and had a great time. The house is nicely decorated with a lot of love for detail. The 3 bedrooms are each furnished and decorated individually. Kitchen and Living/Dining area are spacious. The outdoor areas are great too as there are many places to sit and of course the pool is also fantastic. Jean-Philippe was also a great host, very helpful with everything and always easy to reach. You definitely need a car as nothing is really in walking distance but supermarkets and bakeries are just a 5 min drive away. The upside is that it‘s a very quiet neighborhood. All in all we had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back again.

Nathalie was wonderful! She reached out a few days before check-in to ask our flight schedule and provide her number. She also met us outside the property and showed us how to lock/ unlock the doors, discuss checkout timing, and make us feel at home. She also left us with a delicious bottle of rosé- the perfect welcome gift for southern France! The kitchen was immaculate and there were lots of dishes, cookware, glassware, and utensils. The kitchen towels smelled like a fresh lavender field! Cannot recommend enough.

Chrystelle was very approachable throughout, from booking, through our stay until our leaving. The place is beautiful, so is the whole property very well taken care of. The chapel lacks nothing, was spotless and the guests await a proper folder with detailed information about Grasse. Chrystelle is very warm, sophisticated and a respectful host. We had a wonderful stay at Christophe’s Airbnb — it was the perfect escape from the busy tourist spots along the coast. The house is nestled up in the mountains, which makes it very quiet and relaxing, with beautiful surroundings. There is a charming small village just behind the Airbnb, and it’s also very close to St Paul de Vence, which is lovely to visit. We opted to rent a car, which I highly recommend, as it makes getting around much easier and more convenient — plus, the Airbnb has a parking space available. Christophe was very helpful and even arranged a taxi/private car service for us before we decided to just rent a car. Taking the bus is possible, but it can be a hassle if you have a lot of luggage. One thing to keep in mind: the stairs inside the house are quite steep, so it may not be ideal for elderly guests or anyone with mobility issues. Overall, we loved the tranquility, the nearby village, and Christophe and his wife's warm hospitality. Would definitely stay again!

We stayed for 3 nights as a group of 11. The villa was lovely, exactly how it looks in the images. We stayed local for the first night and walked to a local restaurant for dinner. The villa was also a great base to explore other areas, we got taxis to both Nice and Cannes. Jesper was also super helpful and had great communication. We would definitely recommend this villa :)

Honestly, this was probably the best Airbnb we’ve stayed at — and we’ve stayed in many across different countries. If you’re looking for a place to stay on the Côte d’Azur, just book this one. I spent over a week researching options, so I know pretty well what’s out there in this area, and I’m happy we ended up choosing this one. The location is amazing — literally one step from the beach. There’s a big grocery store right across the street, an underground parking garage, and a really nice infinity pool in the complex. The apartment itself is super well-equipped — everything is modern, from the blackout curtains to the shower. Villeneuve-Loubet turned out to be a great spot — calm and relaxing, but also perfect as a base to explore the French Riviera, Monaco, and even Italy (about 1.5 hours by car). Corinne was also a fantastic host — always quick to respond (usually within 5 minutes) and really helpful whenever we had a question. Highly recommended — we would love to come back!

If you are looking for a peaceful place, with a breathtaking view and perfect for a romantic moment as a couple. This accommodation is made for you. In the morning you will wake up to the sound of birds singing, in the evening you will admire the sunset with this unobstructed view of Cannes and its surroundings. Julien is a very pleasant, smiling, very responsive host who takes care of his accommodation in terms of the decoration, the cleanliness of the premises, the amenities he offers so that you can have a wonderful time together. We were happy to find this little treasure, every night.

Isabella was the perfect host! The place was lovely cosy and clean. Despite our French not being very good Isabella was extremely accommodating. Would highly recommend a stay here.

Judy was nice and communicative. Check in was easy. The neighborhood is convenient and easy to navigate. The elevator was good. The air conditioning was good. The recent renovation was good. I would stay here again.

We spent a wonderful month at Isabelle’s place. She was so friendly and helpful and it was a pleasure to meet her. She felt like an old friend by the end of the month. Her apartment was very clean and comfortable, bright, airy, cool with great breezes, very well equipped, beautifully decorated and obviously well-loved and cared for. Isabelle was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. She was there to meet us and say goodbye. The apartment was close to restaurants, shops and transport. We will definitely stay there again when we come back next year to see our daughter. I highly recommend this apartment.

A literal palace, they’ve thought of everything. We never wanted to leave Cannes! A luxe experience.

Pleasant accommodation, very clean and perfectly maintained. We particularly appreciated the private parking space with closed box: a real plus! Our BMW iX1 enters it without a problem, as long as you are comfortable with the maneuvers. Another significant advantage: the charging station located at the foot of the building, very convenient for electric vehicles, even if the area is already well equipped with terminals. On the amenities side, everything is nearby: a tapas restaurant open at noon, another in the evening, as well as a small U supermarket ideal for side shopping. Note: Street parking is in the blue zone, so limited. Finally, the balcony overlooks a small road leading to the listing and currently faces a building under construction, which can slightly impact tranquility depending on the time of day. That said, this does not call into question the overall quality of the stay.
