Nice outbuilding, ideal for enjoying a city break. Refurbished and in a very quiet environment, it offers all the necessary services for a pleasant stay. Ideally located in the center of Bouscat, close to all amenities and shops, it is easily accessible thanks to the tram D, 5 minutes' walk. Access is via our garden through the gate of the house. You will appreciate the calm of the place and the proximity to Bordeaux.
