Profitez du calme, de la nature et d'un accès privatif à la piscine l’été et au bain nordique (chauffé à 40 degrés) l’hiver. Notre maison est au milieu de champs de noyers. Nous sommes à 5 minutes de la vélo route Grenoble-St Marcellin, et de nombreux chemins de randonnée et à 50 minutes du Vercors et Chartreuse. Chambre avec douche et toilettes sèches, linge de lit et serviettes.

A 5km du centre de Grenoble, sa situation conviendra également aux skieurs et randonneurs car accès facile et rapide sur les différents sites de montagne Belledonne, Vercors et Chartreuse. (Chamrousse à 30 mn en voiture , les 7 Laux, Villard de Lans...) Poisat se situe à 5mn en voiture d'Alpexpo

House on the Ourme: 3 bedrooms and table d'hôtes

The house on the Ourme is a guest house (possibility of table d'hôtes by reservation before your arrival) where the living is good. Located in the middle of the mountains, 40 minutes from the center of Grenoble, quiet and green. This house is my primary residence. Homemade breakfast (breads, brioches, jams) is included. This listing is for the rental of 3 bedrooms, 2 with private bathrooms, the third with the shower to share with the other occupants of the house.

Bed & Breakfast near the City Center

The accommodation is located near the center, opposite the bus station and shuttles. The room is on the 1st floor of my apartment (duplex) located on the 4th floor north. It is equipped with a 140 wide x 190 bed, a television, a table with 2 chairs and a private bathroom and individual toilet. You have at your disposal a microwave, fridge, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, juicer, dishes. My kitchen located on my floor can be used exceptionally.

Our house, located in a green setting, at the foot of hiking trails and very close to the Route Napoléon, will seduce you for a stopover during your vacation or for a weekend in the mountains. The view of Lake Sautet or of its Majesty Obiou will leave you with a very good memory. You can also taste the dishes offered at the table d'hôte if you let us know a little in advance. A closed garage is available for bikes or motorcycles.

Hi. We offer a private room WITH lock in an apartment to share with other guests. The room has: double bed, desk, chair and storage. Sheets are provided (no towels!). The equipped apartment is between the university campus and the city center/train station Nearby: public transport (tram C, bus) shops (supermarket, pharmacy, tobacco, bakery) and free parking. Check-in is possible FROM 5 p.m. (no earlier check-in possible).

You will share common areas, the kitchen for breakfast, the lounge area. You can also enjoy the outdoors such as the covered terrace and the park, in a green setting. On request, we offer the possibility of evening catering in a table d'hôte.

You will be 10 minutes from Saint Hilaire du Touvet, a world-class gliding site, 20 minutes from Les Sept Laux for skiing and 15 minutes from Crolles.
