As always, Amelie's house in Loix was lovely. Private, quiet and really nicely decorated, very clean and well presented. The outside area - a grassed garden at the rear of the property and a decked patio in the front - all with garden furniture were ideal in the very hot weather. Very highly recommended.

very nice house , good location ,well arranged, there is enough to cook and there is nothing missing in the kitchen, duvets ,etc ..perfect . time was not there but we were able to enjoy the barbecue. it was missing some cleaning products because we hadn't planned , and maybe a towel . i highly recommend this sweet sweet spot .

Corinne and her husband are extremely kind, they were present for our late arrival and Corinne is very responsive to any requests. Regarding the accommodation, nothing is to be said. It is like the photos, with the essentials for cooking, clean, quiet. The garden is a plus, coming with a dog it was nice. We'll come back without hesitation, that's for sure.

We have a wonderful holiday in Daniel's beautiful home. The house was perfect! It was clean and had everything we needed. The bathroom was large with a very, very nice shower. The enclosed yard was perfect for our little dog, and the wifi was extremely fast and stable, which was perfect for my husband who was working remotely. It was easy to cast to the smart tv as well. Daniel was very professional and friendly, and we really appreciated his proactive communication. He responded to our messages almost instantly and made us feel very welcome. We would absolutely stay with Daniel again, and we highly recommend his home. We couldn't have been happier :)

The house and its services were up to our expectations. Anaïs was extremely responsive, attentive and friendly. We felt great in the house and found a great welcome there. We booked the day before for the next day, Anaïs was extremely accommodating.

We particularly enjoyed our stay at Géraldine's. The house is very convenient for a family on foot with an exterior going around the house and well exposed to enjoy the sun all day. Everything necessary is available from the outdoor indoor equipment (sunbeds, umbrella...). The house is perfectly located in Rivedoux with the necessary amenities about ten minutes away as well as the beach. The communication went very well and Géraldine has always been very responsive. We would not hesitate to return to the next vacation!

Nice little apartment- very nice covered terrace. Everything relatively remot - shopping, restaurant etc rather by car or bike! Cosy places can be reached in 10-20 minutes! Beaches rather further and low tide depending. The lighthouse shines into the bedroom when the shops are open - very nice but also need to get used to... All in all very nice and very good amenities…

We spent a few days in Lydie's place, everything was perfect, we were able to enjoy the pool and plancha. The place is very good, clean, quiet. The place has everything we needed. Lydie was very welcoming and gave us a good explanation. Really close by car to La Rochelle and Chatelaillon. It was very good

A few fabulous days in this lovely home. The living room is large and bright, the decoration has been done with care and the cleanliness is impeccable. We were lucky enough to have very mild weather for a month of April and were therefore able to enjoy the beautiful exterior, well maintained and conducive to relaxation, the pool is a real plus. We felt so good at this place. Our son really enjoyed the little play area. The location of the accommodation is excellent, there is everything nearby while still being quiet. Very good communication with Marines. It's an address we keep to hopefully return someday.

The house is charming, very well-equipped and totally true to the listing. Everything is within walking distance: the market, the beach, the city center and restaurants. Secure private parking in the basement is a real plus. Host is very responsive and available. We would definitely recommend this place!

Very functional apartment. Quality bedding. Top neighborhood. Coffee in the apartment which is great! Philipe is proactive. The pool is a plus as a family. There is even a small sunny terrace in the afternoon until the end of the day. I recommend it!

Very good stay with Thierry, everything was perfect, the residence is ideal for children, the pool quo had just opened was very good. Thierry was very responsive and welcoming. We'll be back with pleasure!

We have just spent a week, July 2024, a family of 12 plus a baby, at this very beautiful house. There is everything and more you could ever need. It is quiet. It is a beautiful area and the village has a beautiful bakery and supermarket. The beach is approx 15 mins by car. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left we loved it. The kids played tirelessly in the beautiful big pool. The house has cots, high chair and even toys for the children. It was my 60th birthday and my family organised a local private chef (Manu chef a domicile) to cook for us, recommended by Will and it was amazing. We picked up hire cars at the train station also recommended by Will. The whole process was more than easy. We had the best time and would highly recommend to a large family. We hope that this is not the last time we stay at this stunning house and hopefully not our last time in La Rochelle. Holiday blues are real when you’ve visited such a beautiful place 😊

Welcome by Isabelle very warm. We have rarely been greeted this way during our travels. The house is cozy, it feels like home. Clean, with all the necessary equipment. It is in a great location and quiet. We will definitely come back to that!

Excellent second stay in Marie-Christine's pretty house who is a very nice host. The house has all the necessary equipment. The bedding is very comfortable and we are sensitive to it. A veranda allows you to soak up the sun and brings appreciable warmth to the month of April which is still cool. The beach just behind the house is accessed by a path that runs along the house. The location of the house is perfect (quiet and very close to the center and tennis club that we frequent a lot). We will definitely return for a moment of relaxation and assured relaxation. Very well-located functional rental. Quiet and pleasant place. The ability to park your car in the property is really a plus.

We had a lovely weekend at Yann's family home. The house is located in a quiet and tranquil environment, and close to the beach (not accessible to PRMs) which is relatively wild and uncrowded (at least during our stay at the end of April). The house is in a great location and makes it easy to radiate on the island. We were 8 people (4 generations) but everyone was easily able to have their own space sincethere are 2 separate sleeping areas and 4 bedrooms in total, the dining room table is well suited for the number of people, the whole house is level which was appreciated for the older ones. We came with our dog, the garden is perfectly fenced and secured. Finally, in advance, Yann was very responsive when booking and provided us with a detailed guide for self access to the house as well as a guide to shops and sites to visit.

My spouse and I had a lovely stay with our dog Pogo. Céline is a great host, she hosted us very well and we thank her for that. The accommodation is in a very good location and is very good value for money. The accommodation is on a peaceful street with quick access to all amenities as well as the beach.
