We had a great Christmas at the villa. This house is amazing. Very warm, tastefully decorated and very comfortable. We highly recommend it.

Excellent quiet stay in this large house, very convenient with 2 bathrooms and bedrooms away from the living room. Very well equipped and functional kitchen. The beach is accessible on foot after a walk in the pine forest.

Great stay in this house in a great location! The location is great, close to shops, while remaining quiet. The garden is very nice, spacious and nicely appointed, with the possibility to park several cars inside. The grounds are enclosed by walls, perfect for leaving animals safe. The house is large, comfortable and very well-equipped. We'll be happy to go back!

Perfect stay in a superb villa with very comfortable bedrooms, large rooms, an extensive furnished terrace and everything you need. Perfect and very accommodating concierge service. One regret, the temperature of the pool (though advertised heated) is much too cold and we were not able to enjoy it pleasantly. Another point very simple to improve, a single house key as a gate for 9 people is not enough. In conclusion, however, we had a very pleasant stay in a superb place with the obvious trust of the owners who left all the storage open and well filled. A property and location that I would highly recommend.

Very nice place whose pictures do not do justice, even better in real life. Very well located if you want to go to La Rochelle & Ile de Ré. A little extra: the cleanliness of the space is impeccable.

Fantastic holiday, stunning villa and really well equipped. We loved the pool and bbq was great too. Excellent location with easy access on bike to Saint Martin de Ré and also great beaches like Gros Joncs. Sad to leave!

We all enjoyed your beautiful house. We appreciated the artistic style of the place and the relaxed feel of somewhere that is loved very much. We appreciated the design of the place and the inside and outside spaces, the generous amount of wonderful kitchen equipment, the games cupboard, the dartboard, and most of all the wonderful swimming pool was really enjoyed by everyone. We enjoyed the location very much. Being able to easily walk to the daily market, to the beach or to cafe's and restaurants lent joy and ease to our stay. Thank you very much we would love to come back again .

A beautiful, well equipped house in a fantastic location.

We had a fantastic holiday staying at Sophie's place. The house and outside space were wonderful. We all particularly loved the pool, lounge area and hot tub and the area the house is located in is so peaceful we found it possible to truly switch off and relax yet the local village and other parts of the island are close so it is a great balance. The house is a comfortable place to spend time, the kitchen is well stocked, beds were super comfy and the rooms are all generously proportioned. Sophie was the perfect host too! We hope to return in the future!

We had the most perfect stay. Jerome and his family greeted us and were very helpful and kind and friendly. The facilities were perfect for family living. The pool was excellent. The beds were really comfortable and the blackout blinds allowed us all to sleep so well. For runners/walkers/cyclists - the surroundings are perfect - lots of flat paths to follow through fields without cars! Beautiful sunsets 🌅 too! Fantastic local amenities (park, supermarket, boulangerie etc) and only a short drive to La Rochelle. We didn’t want to leave! We will certainly be returning in the future! Thanks so so much. Great house, great location. Very nicely decorated. Perfect for a holiday stay with family. Good communication. The only negative point is that you have to pay (>250€) to rent bed sheets and have the beds ready when you arrive.
