Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Le Barroux

Clothildes place is absolutely beautiful. very spacious, high ceilings, both bedrooms are huge. all decorated it a very tastefully way. we stayed there with our 2 kids, it fits 6 people with a bed in the attic. The village is tiny, there is 1 restaurant 5 min walk from the house which was very good. some of most beautiful towns are 3-20km drive away. the pool is small but was sufficient for kids and us to cool down in. The guide which Clothilde prepared was one of the best I have seen, we took it with us everywhere we went. book your restaurants in advance as those towns are small and most of the places run 1 service for lunch and dinner. Clothilde was an amazing host, handy where needed otherwise we were left to us. highly recommend this place!

This was the most epic stay ever in an Airbnb apartment. Brantes is a super cute gem situated in a valley but still accessible and sun through the day. A couple of great restaurants beside that served great local food. Thank you for having us!

Our family of 5 had the most wonderful stay at this charming farmhouse on a quiet street near the village of Gordes. La Bastide des As is absolutely beautiful, blending rustic charm with chic decor and modern amenities. The house is spacious and cozy, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially loved the lovely pool and outdoor dining areas- perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the surrounding villages. Sophie was truly amazing. She was incredibly attentive, making sure we had everything we needed and going out of her way to make our stay special. She sent us advance recommendations on activities, dining, vineyards and shopping. Her warm hospitality really added to the experience. It’s a lovely place for anyone looking to unwind in the heart of Provence—a perfect combination of tranquility and modern comforts. We can’t wait to return!

Very clean and beautiful accommodation. Very convenient bike room. We were 4 adults and 1 small child and the space was sufficient (although you have to expect to go up/down the stairs a lot because it is a village house at a height). Communication with Marie was very easy and she kindly provided us with a high chair. The stay went very well and we will be happy to come back.

Listing is as described. Very good location and very nice, our hosts were lovely. We immediately feel at home, there is good storage to unpack your suitcases. The bedding is extremely decent and the rooms are nice. The terrace is great with views of the surrounding mountain. In a nutshell, this is a place to stay.

We’ve stayed in a lot of Airbnb’s, and Catherine’s apt is our absolute favorite! We loved the spaciousness—the rooms were larger than we expected and the balcony was huge. Bed so comfy, bathroom squeaky clean, kitchen and dining room just right for the two of us, lots of places to sit and relax. We felt so at home that we didn’t want to leave. Catherine’s directions were super easy to follow and her recommendations for restaurants outstanding. It was our first time in Menerbes and we fell in love with it. We will definitely be back!

The apartment has the perfect location, the Pope's Palace is just around the corner. The apartment is air-conditioned, which was worth gold in the over 30 degrees. We would stay here again. Thank you for a lovely stay in Avignon! Christian and Daniela

It’s our second time staying here so we were much better at finding the parking. The place has a brilliant design- good mix of new and old. Of course we’ll return.

This comment is for the Airbnb website. After booking the cottage at the farm, I received a message telling me that the owner was selling her property and that it was going to be sold - I will be able to rent the property again. I had to cancel the reservation to rebook it. A few days before the arrival I received messages from the host and another person offering another property 6km from where I had booked. So there is fraud somewhere. One of the properties is in the countryside and the other in the city, so it was easy to distinguish between them and I didn't make the mistake of showing up at the wrong address, otherwise I would have paid for a reservation without cancellation on one side and I would have had to pay for another reservation because I would have "consumed" the service... I hope I don't have this problem with the Airbnb site in the future

Fabienne’s apartment was delightful with beautiful furniture and a great kitchen and amenities. Everything was of a very high quality, terrific shower and lovely area to relax. The building was lovely and we enjoyed our stay very much.

The accommodation was perfect and we truly enjoyed the countryside of France. The house was very private and the surrounding was lovely. The house is filled with all kinds of amenities you could need and more. Anne-Laure greeted us warmly and was very enthusiastic in providing us with any recommendations we could get to help improve our holiday experience.

We had a very nice vacation. The apartment has flair and is really fully equipped. The location in the vineyards is very quiet. The many animals put you on a farm and in the garden you can relax wonderfully. Albert and Christine are always available and helpful but also discreet. All in all, one of the best apartments we have ever had and highly recommended.

A piece of paradise in the middle of the vineyards. Véronique and Pascal are charming and very discreet. We were able to talk with them about their passion and their Arts. They are fascinating. Our accommodation was perfect, just like the description. The ceilings are low upstairs but as indicated in the description no surprise. Perfect bedding and a very nice soothing decoration. I highly recommend it. We'll be back, I think.

I had a very good long weekend. The studio is sufficient for one person or even two intimate people. Being close to the city centre and a Biocoop is an undeniable asset. It would be good to refresh the shutters and garden furniture with a good coat of paint. The whole is quite sufficient for an extended weekend in good conditions.

We would give 10 stars, the apartment is great, the location of Vera da above the river, the terrace on the river gives a natural air conditioning on hot days, in the evening the atmosphere is particularly cozy with the lapping of the river, the reflections of lights from Fontaine-de-Vaucluse. In the heart of the much-visited town, where peace and quiet reign in the evening. Then the convenient private parking and in the afternoon sitting under the plane trees by the river in the large private park and reading a book. Wonderful. We can definitely recommend the apartment. Denis was always available and made the check-in as easy as possible and gave us many tips. He is very nice and open-minded towards his guests. Thank you Denis for everything!

We spent a night in Coralie and Romain's accommodation. The bedding is very comfortable, the apartment spacious and quiet. I have read some comments about the VMC. If you close the doors to the bathroom and toilets, you can't hear it. We had a very good exchange with Coralie, who was very welcoming. There are all kinds of shops nearby; Isle-sur-la-Sorgue is a charming little town. I recommend Coralie and Romain's accommodation.

Very nice apartment, we fell under its charm, tastefully decorated and very well equipped, located in a private and secure residence with a beautiful well-maintained park with the Sorgue next door that happiness! Private parking, a plus in this very touristy village! We were sensitive to the delicate attention left by Isabelle and Mathieu upon arrival. We highly recommend this place and will gladly go back!
