The upper floor offers 3 bedrooms, one of which is a large master bedroom where there is also a smaller bathroom with shower. The house also has a large terrace with barbecue grill, dining table, lounge group and 2 sun beds. The large lawn has plenty of room for play!

Approximately 10 km to central Halmstad. Kattegattsleden goes through Laxvik & on to Mellbystrand. The house is newly renovated & has 3 bedrooms & a total of 6 beds. Bright, fresh kitchen directly adjacent to the balcony. Parking for 3 cars. From the house, a bathing path goes down to the beach. 100 meters to Tennis court & playground.

You have access to TV with android in the house. Free wifi and linens are included in the cleaning fee. You and your friends/family are very welcome to enjoy the summer here in Halmstad! Två större sovrum med dubbelsängar samt ett mindre med 80-säng som enkelt kan dras ut till en 160-säng. Fullutrustat modernt kök med ljus och trevlig matplats. Boendet är en del av ett parhus men mycket väl ljudisolerat och med separata uteplatser som skapar en ordentligt privat sfär.

Relax in this unique and quiet accommodation on your own island that you can easily reach via a small bridge from your own parking space. Paddle a canoe to the islands on the other side of the lake, swim from the bathing stone or in the wood-fired bathtub, read a book in the hammock, chill on the terrace, pick mushrooms, cook dinner and read a book while you look out over the lake. All windows have lake views in all directions.
