Stay cozy and peaceful in an old half-timbered house from the 1800s. The location is rural with animals and nature just outside the door but at the same time close to the city, restaurants, restaurants, entertainment, shopping and beach/swimming. Here you live quietly and spaciously in about 120 sqm with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, large living room with sofa, TV and dining area as well as bathroom with toilet, shower, washing machine & dryer. Next to the house is a leafy, private patio with barbecue right next to pastures with sheep and horses. You can park your car just outside.

Beautiful and private guest house by the water. Well separated from the main house, this guest house is located with Genevadsån river running along the house. The house is newly renovated and surrounded by a large sunny patio where you can spend the day and evening. If you want to warm up in the evening, you can swim or light a fire in the barbecue hut Nearby is a swimming jetty in Antorpa lake and Mästocka lake as well as nature reserves in Bökeberg and Bölarp. 10 minutes away by car is Veinge where you will find a pizzeria, grocery store, kiosk and outdoor swimming area.

The courtyard house is located in the middle of Laholm's older district, Gamleby. Here you live a stone's throw from charming Hästtorget. Through the gate from the garden, there is close access to the Lagan river, which is a popular place for salmon fishing. The guest house is located at the back of our house and is equipped with a separate smaller kitchen with dining area, bathroom, living room and sleeping area for four. A smaller patio is available next to the property. Close to the sea, lake, forest, ski resort and Bjäre Peninsula.

Stay comfortably in this nice accommodation, completed in the spring of 2023. From the accommodation, you can see magically beautiful sunsets. The beach is only a few minutes away and is accessed via a small path. Two larger bedrooms with double beds and a smaller one with an 80 cm bed that can easily be pulled out to a 160 cm bed. Fully-equipped modern kitchen with light and nice dining area. The accommodation is part of a semi-detached house but very well soundproofed and with separate patios that create a proper private sphere.

Welcome to our cozy house located in the seaside resort of Laxvik. Beautifully located on the Halland coastal strip, just south of Halmstad. Laxvik has 2 beaches, Grusvik & Fågelvik. Approximately 10 km to central Halmstad. Kattegattsleden goes through Laxvik & on to Mellbystrand. The house is newly renovated & has 3 bedrooms & a total of 6 beds. Bright, fresh kitchen directly adjacent to the balcony. Parking for 3 cars. From the house, a bathing path goes down to the beach. 100 meters to Tennis court & playground.

Borgasgård Påarp, Halmstad

Nära havet ligger Borgasgård, en nyrenoverad Hallandslänga från 1800-talet. Gården är omgärdad av fält och en skogssdunge bidrar med ett rikt fågelliv. Flera fina badstränder (5 min med bil) och naturreservat (1,5 km) i närområdet. Det finns plats för den stora familjen eller vännerna som väljer att semestra tillsammans. Come and live close to nature and animals, close to the two peninsulas in north-western Scania while you get that little extra. Parking right outside the cottage. Cozy house of 65 sqm, the accommodation has been refreshed 2025 with new interior design, freshly painted facades and solar cells on the roof in 2021. Within a radius of approx. 10 30 minutes you will find i.a. golf, padel courts, flea markets, museums, beaches, various cities, cycle paths, national parks, Skåneleden and moose safaris.

Bo på en gård anno 2022. Nybyggt stenhus i en vacker omgivning och med en fantastisk utsikt över landskap och hav. En unik boendeupplevelse med idealiska förutsättningar för lugn, närhet till naturen och Bjärehalvöns alla utflyktsmål. Under 2025 har vi inte färdigställt den närmaste miljön runt huset men en altan med utemöbler finns. Vi ombesörjer sängkläder och handdukar. Vill du att vi tar hand om slutstädning kostar det 600kr. Under vintersäsong 1/11-1/3 har vi stängt för bokning.

Bed linens and towels are included. New patio in 2025 with table and chairs.

Not far from the sea and the capital of Halland Halmstad, the small village lies in the middle of the woods. Small lakes, forests, a large river, nature reserves with hiking trails can be found in the area. Nature lovers get their money's worth.
