Private suite holiday rentals in Lawton Park, Seattle

We were on the island during hot weather (80's) and the apartment was a relief to come home to. Concrete floors, windows with great airflow and a basement apartment keeps it cool, but it's light and bright with fantastic windows letting in lots of light. Little cafe table outside. Beautiful gardens in the neighborhood if you go out for a walk. Truly a 5 minute drive to town. Easy walk as well. Fun little local trail with signs that runs through the neighborhood.

Our stay was absolutely perfect. The location couldn’t have been better, with fantastic restaurants, cozy coffee shops, and a convenient market all within walking distance. The neighborhood was peaceful and felt completely safe. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The house was stocked with everything we could possibly need, both in the kitchen and bathroom. Leslie and Dennis were wonderful hosts—warm, welcoming, and always quick to respond. We would definitely stay again!

I enjoyed my stay. Good location if a quiet, peaceful neighborhood is what you're looking for. Close to public transit to downtown. Within easy walking distance to Fremont, Greenlake, and Ballard.

I was very pleased with my stay at Laura's, it was exactly as described. There was quite a bit of space, it was extremely quiet and had beautiful surroundings - peaceful backyard and lots of big trees in the neighbourhood. I would definitely stay here again. The bathtub was excellent - I soaked in the tub a few times during my stay. The bed was very comfortable and it felt very private.

Perfect stay in Fremont! The Henry Hideaway was just like the description, charming, artistic and private. The neighborhood was so charming and we felt safe exploring and walking around. Hosts were friendly and responsive- it was just a lovely stay! Would highly recommend if you are in the Seattle area!

Comfy bed, nice couch, great water pressure… what more can you ask for?! Stayed at Casey’s place during a roadtrip through the Pacific Northwest, and it did not disappoint. Casey was great at giving recs for local food spots. 10/10 would stay again…. Did I mention great water pressure!?

I came up to Seattle for a wedding at Golden Gardens and this was a great place to stay in Seattle. Quiet location that's close enough to walk to get coffee, food or a beer, and also an easy drive to Golden Gardens. Everything was as described, easy in and out, and affordable! Affordable places in this area are rare, and I would highly recommend Amanda's place. Can't really say enough good things about it. 10 out of 10.

We loved staying at Maggie's! Really clean and cozy and close to great restaurants and neighborhoods. Couldn't be happier with what we got.

We came to town for the Mariners vs. Red Sox series and our anniversary, and staying at Hillary’s place made the trip even better. We’ve visited Seattle many times, but this was our first time staying here, and we’re so glad we did. The home is nestled between Rainier Beach and Tukwila, a short drive to the light rail with free parking and easy access to the city and stadium. The space was clean, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully stocked, the bed was especially comfortable. After long days exploring, it was the perfect place to relax and recharge. We didn’t see Hillary often since we were out exploring most of the time, but when we did, she and her kiddos were kind and welcoming, and she made it clear she was available if we needed anything. We honestly couldn’t say enough great things about our stay. It was the perfect home base for our trip, and we’re already looking forward to staying again!

This place is small, but super cute and well appointed. It’s just like it’s described in pictured and it’s very very comfortable. Easy to find. Maranda is super responsive. Very nice shower comfortable bed great Internet. Minimal kitchen, but that’s as described and worked out well for me. Nice electric kettle from my daily tea. Biscotti and nice shampoo.

Do not hesitate to book this place! The host is the owner and is so incredibly kind. The place looks exactly like the pictures and our stay was absolutely perfect. We would love to stay here again the next time we are in town.

I would highly recommend the sauna spot to anyone considering. We enjoyed ourselves so much in this cozy little spot. The location is perfect, super walkable, and there were many bars and restaurants nearby that were so fun. Sophie’s instructions for checkin were very thorough and we had no problems getting in.

This was an excellent stay for me. Very easy to get to off the Link and close to some really great restaurants and bars in Columbia City. Getting into downtown was a breeze as well. The room and bathroom were spotless and well kept. Absolutely would book again when I am in Seattle. Thank you!!

Wonderful little apartment tucked into a leafy street on QA! Very easy street parking. Everything needed for a short trip to the city. Highly recommended!

This space had all the essentials we needed and was close to transit allowing us to get around easily. The hot tub was available for our stay and provided some much needed relaxation time. We ran into Michael ones during our stay and he was nothing but friendly! Would definitely recommend and return here for future stays

I have stayed at this location before and wrote a glowing review then and nothing has changed. We will stay here over and over again in the future. The accommodations are extremely comfortable and within minutes you feel right at home. The apartment has all amenities covered. The hosts are friendly and responsive. You lack for nothing. However, in case you do need something everything is within walking distance. The neighborhood is great for walks and we oooh and aaah at all the great houses along the way. I can't say enough about this apartment in CapHill. I am almost afraid to write too much because I don't want it taken when we need it next! hahaha You will have an awesome experience!!

Corrine and Tom's apartment was perfect for us. The neighborhood is beautiful, especially in May when the trees and plants are blooming. Great bakery only a few blocks away. Private backyard to relax and enjoy coffee. Plenty of space for a family of four. My two teenage sons each had their own bed in one room and my husband and I had our own private bedroom. Met are needs perfectly. Definitely would stay again and recommend to others.

Love this place! Very clean, neat, safe and comfortable. Hosts are super. Very responsive and helpful. I forgot my phone charger and they borrowed me one. I need to leave my backpack there for a few more hours and they helped me with it. The top Airbnb I had ever been to. Highly recommend.

We couldn’t have been happier with our stay. The home was exactly as described. It was clean and well supplied. While the hosts live above the unit, we rarely heard them. The best part was the location! We enjoyed walking around Green Lake each morning. We have already recommended this AirBnB to someone headed to the area, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

My husband and I enjoyed 6 nights at The Roost. We loved how close it was to restaurants, groceries, shops, and transit. The apartment itself was so cozy and clean, and both JS and Josh were quick to respond to any questions we had. Having a gym available with some dumbbells and a bench was also a huge bonus. Other delightful things about this place: great shower, soft sheets, coffee pods, and snacks. Oh and the Fremont Street Market on Sunday morning was incredible. I would definitely recommend staying here. I hope we can come back soon!
