Beautiful Greenlake and urban forest, Cowen Park, are both blocks away. Beautiful and convenient location, one block from Olmsted designed Green Lake Park in a residential neighborhood. Restaurants and groceries are 2 blocks away. The University of Washington is less than 2 miles, downtown Seattle is a 12 minute drive, and major freeways are easily accessed but not seen or heard. There is free on street parking. Our studio apartment has a garden level private entrance, a fully equipped kitchen, queen bed, dining table and living area with pull out bed.
