Monthly Rentals in Lavonia

One of the nicest places we have ever stayed. Carla is super friendly and very personable. Could not ask for a better experience. Stay there and you will be back. Close to the beautiful Lake Hartwell and plenty of parking as well. We will be back.

Quiet and private location. It was perfect for our family! Bill provided insight to the area and sites to see. Bill was friendly and the house was set up perfect including a washer and dryer which came in handy! Bill let us borrow his high chair for our daughter. The area is beautiful and we can’t wait to be back!

Beautiful new home. Very reasonable when traveling with my family of 4 couples. This is our second stay here and won’t be our last. Our elderly parents live in Toccoa so we will be visiting often. Any questions I’ve had they have responded super fast…sometimes immediately.

This particular property is always my first choice when available while we travel to lavonia to work! Everything from the spaciousness, to they even make sure to set out a food and water bowls set for the dog! Which for me is one of the coolest and most thoughtful aspects of this property! I can’t think of one bad thing to say about this place and the host! Again, ALWAYS my first choice if available
