Upstairs in the Netherlands, near the Wadden Coast, you will find this sustainable and energy-neutral tiny house. The cottage is furnished with love and down to the last detail. Everything you need is available. It is made entirely of wood and has an area of 30m². The tiny house is located at the back of our property and is surrounded by a natural garden. This gives it a wide view with plenty of privacy. The tranquillity and space in this lovely cottage feels like a real experience, a place to daydream for a while!

Nice vacation home at the Lauwersmeer and the mudflats.

Our cottage is close to the beach of the Lauwersmeer and is beautifully located in nature. The space, the tranquility, the light and the location in the Lauwersmeer National Park will surely appeal to you. Lutje Wad is suitable for people who want to enjoy the peace and nature and for families. There are also 2 bicycles, a barbecue and a fire pit. Around the cottage is a spacious garden with 2 terraces. A large playground for children is accessible to everyone at the campsite on the lake.

The Wandelschuur

The Wandelschuur is on the edge of the forest, within walking distance to the Waddenzee and Lauwersmeer. Decorated with taste and color, moreover, there are no houses and buildings to see when you look out through the high glass facade with French doors. The Wandelschuur is a wooden cottage on a residential yard. You will sleep in the romantic loft in a spacious double bed. A nice base for mudflat walking, a day in Schiermonnikoog, hiking, cycling around Lauwersmeer, eating fish, etc. :)

Atmospheric island house from 1724. At the edge of the village, near the center. It looks cozy, those lawns in the trees. Smûk, we say in Frisian. 250 species of birds and many other animals live here. From the ice age, the area also got pingo's as a gift. Located in the middle of 2 National Parks; Lauwersmeer and the Alde Feannen. Ideal cycling and hiking area.

Wierums Huske at Wadden Sea Unesco World Heritage

Stay in the 125-year-old Wierums Hûske just 50 meters from the sea dike. Visit the Waddenzee and go in search of the seals, come mudflat walking, go bird watching in Lauwersoog, a day of shopping in Dokkum or Leeuwarden, cross over to the Wadden Islands, take a hike or go cycling in the area. The cottage is renovated and equipped with every comfort. There are 2 bedrooms upstairs with 4 sleeping places. There is an equipped kitchen. You can park the car in the private driveway.

Sleeping with the sheep & a whole herd of horses.

Waking up overlooking the dining room of a herd of horses living in freedom, 2 pigs making their bed every night in front of the window and sometimes a sheep walks by. Closer to the pure things in life. Therefore, there is no WiFi and no TV. There is a large table to play games together and a lovely sofa to drink a glass of wine together.
