Our stunning 2-bedroom, ground floor apartment is located right in the heart of Lauterbrunnen. The sunny terrace offers unique views of both the famous Staubbach Waterfall and the valley itself. In summer enjoy the countless hiking trails; in winter we are perfectly placed in-between the ski areas of Murren-Schilthorn AND Wengen-Grindelwald. We've lived here since the apartment was built in 2012 and we love it; but now we are travelling, so we hope you enjoy your time here as much as we do.

Closest Studio Nest to the Staubbach waterfall

The nest located within Chalet Staubbach is adjacent to the famous Staubbach waterfall. The stream from the waterfall runs through the properties garden. The nest is a perfect base for skiing/sledging/hiking in the winter and for hiking, mountain biking and generally exploring the area in the summer. The nest is a leisurely 40 minute walk from the amazing Trummelbach falls. Also being 50m from Camping Jungfrau means there is a shop, bar and restaurant next door offering takeaway or eat in.

Mountain View, comfortable, spacious and cosy

Our apartment is located in middle of the Lauterbrunnen valley, just next to the highest waterfalls of the Alps. It is between the 2 main ski resorts. Our spacious apartment is a one floor apartment, with 2 bedrooms and space for 4 adults. From the balcony, facing the south you can enjoy a spectacular view to the Swiss mountains and the Lauterbrunnen waterfalls. Lauterbrunnen is part of the Jungfrau region. It is surrounded by the famous mountains called Jungfrau, Eiger and Schilthorn.

Im Wohn-und Schlafraum befinden sich 2 Schrankbetten, ein Schlafsofa, der Esstisch mit 4 Stühlen ein Bücherregal mit Fernseher und dem Geschirrschrank. Vom Wohnzimmer aus haben Sie eine prächtige Aussicht auf die Berge. Die Vermieter wohnen im Untergeschoss und sind auch da wenn Du ankommst.

The apartment used to be a blacksmith shop and we finished the renovation end of 2019. It's located in the center of Lauterbrunnen, within 10 min walking distance from train station and close to the amazing Staubbach waterfalls. Guests will have their own 2.5 room apartment with bathroom (shower), kitchen, bed and living room. A parking lot and WLAN are also available to our guests. It can accomodate 2-4 people.
