Monthly Rentals in Lauriergracht

For 3 of us it was a good place to stay - central, quiet (but within minutes of bars and restart and Dam Square), and a canal side view. Nicely prepared - clean, meticulously tidy, nicely stocked drinks fridge and lovely linen. The property opens directly out on to the lane by the canal, so it’s perfect for sitting out with a coffee in the sun and watching the world cycle by. The only (minor) downside was that there weren’t any windows that could be left open at night for ventilation - but that was the only thing we could think of!

If you are tired of the usual hotels or vacation rental apartments, I can't imagine a better place to stay. I've been fortunate to travel many places and I almost always book a private VRBO or Air BnB and this houseboat probably ranks as one of my favorites. If you really want to experience Amsterdam first hand and feel like a local celebrity, stay here, you will know what I mean... When we come back to Amsterdam, and I'm sure we will, we will definitely find a date to travel when this super cool place is available to stay.

This Airbnb was strangely unique in the best way — full of character and charm! It was spotless, centrally located, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely love to return.

Being on the canal is a uniquely Amsterdam experience. The houseboat was quite spacious, and it was quiet, but always something to see on the canal. We enjoyed our stay very much.
