Farmstay holiday rentals in Laurel Highlands

We stayed at the farm for our son’s wedding. Amazing accommodations for our family and friends. Jill and Rhett were amazing hosts as they were very responsive, flexible and helpful and the house was incredibly well stocked with everything from coffee to serving trays to extra refrigerators … it was the most comfortable place we have rented. We needed more wine glasses and they brought us more !! Wish it would have rained less to enjoy more of the outside amenities but found so much room inside for large gatherings of family and friends.

We had a wonderful stay at Bill's place! He generously offered us a free upgrade from our original booking and cooked us a wonderful 5 course dinner on the house. He even gave us a bottle of wine to take back with us and gave us eggs from his chickens when we checked out. The property is beautiful and has lots to explore, including a tree house, hedge maze, and a trail through the woods. It was perfect for our dog to explore with us. We highly recommend staying here. Thanks again for everything Bill!

Spectacular views. Well-stocked apartment (everything you could possibly need). Super friendly hosts. The long gravel road and driveway can be a bit of a challenge, so leave your Corvette at home and bring the Jeep.

We absolutely loved staying at this old farmhouse. It was a very comfortable place with unmatched privacy. We cooked steaks of the grill, caught a few fish in the pond, checked out the cows and goats, enjoyed 2 different local icecream shops, and were able to totally relax. Felt like a true get away from the pressure and hustle of life. If we went again the only thing we would do is stay longer.

Lori and Mike went above and beyond to make us feel at home - beyond lucky to have stayed there. My favorite bnb experience to this date, recommend so fully!!!

We had a wonderful stay at the farmhouse with 4 adults and 3 children. Everything was great. We made the trek to Gobbler's Knob to celebrate Groundhog Day. We would love to return in warmer months for a peaceful stay. Susan is a great host. Everything was better than expected and communication was quick and reliable. Highly recommend!!

We've stayed at the farmhouse several times and each visit is better than the last. The home is always cozy and welcoming, and Christy is very responsive and accommodating. Recent upgrades to the property such as a turnaround in the driveway and a firepit make the experience even better. Can't wait to stay again!

The house was clean, spacious and a great place! My only small complaint is the road getting to the house - it is gravel with holes. If you have a low setting car - it gets a little tricky.

Tracy’s place is great, well stocked, has a wonderful game room and plenty of bedrooms to fit our three families! The views and green space is idyllic and we spent a lot of time outside in the yard, around the fire pit, and on the front porch. It was a wonderful getaway from reality.

We were welcomed with a sweet birthday gift and card! This weekend was filled with lots of events for us. A birthday and a wedding. We used this cute little place for our bridal shower breakfast and got wedding ready. It had everything we needed and we were all comfortable. I highly recommend this location! It’s beautiful!

My husband and I spent our first night away after our kiddo was born and it was wonderful! Being able to relax with no agenda (or nap schedules) in such a beautiful place was amazing. The school house was so nice and we loved all of the little school house decor throughout the place. Everything was clean and pristine! The hot tub was a wonderful way to unwind! We spent less than 24 hours here but it was worth it. Hope to be back again! Thank you for letting us stay!

Whenever I travel, I make sure to book somewhere that reminds me of home. Timothy’s property is remote and peaceful, he and his wife are extremely friendly/helpful, and they make visiting such a joy. I definitely plan on booking again any time I come to town to visit old friends. What relaxation!

We enjoyed our stay at the loft. Linda was very helpful and responsive when we had a few minor issues/questions during our first day check in. You could tell Linda put a lot of thought into ensuring guests had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The A/C thermostat and some of the light/fan switches were located downstairs which was a minor annoyance if you need to make frequent adjustments. This was not a big concern for us, just something to note for those who have limited mobility going up and down stairs. Overall we had a great stay and would recommend it to others.

We stayed in Claire's farmhouse apartment to attend a family function in the area. It is a beautiful and peaceful space. Claire provided clear instructions and included thoughtful touches to make us feel welcome. The apartment feels very private and has everything you would need to enjoy your stay. Being on the farm is an added bonus with the farmstand just outside the door. We were able to cook a few delicious meals with the fresh and *very* local ingredients. Our son and our dog loved to look at the goats and chickens. If you're visiting the area and are considering this space, there's no need to hesitate. It's perfect.

Our stay at this lovely home was nothing short of magical. It was spotless, beautifully maintained and felt like a true escape into nature. One of the highlights of our stay was freshly baked cinnamon rolls made by our host! The surrounding farm was an absolute delight. Whether is it was visiting the peacocks and chickens or giving the gentle horse a pet, every moment felt serene and special. We were there to celebrate our son’s graduation from WVU and it was an unforgettable experience. We will all cherish it for years to come. Cheers to Elisabeth for making it so special!

If I needed a place to stay month by month in the Pittsburgh area this would be the place. The Airbnb is so private, it is in pristine condition, it is spacious, the water pressure in the shower is awesome, everything is clean, and they have all the little things if you forget…and I usually do! Lisa and her husband are very helpful. You have ample parking. I can’t say enough great things about ga about it. Getting to the airport bnb is a slow drive, but that didn’t bother us at all…you are on a large, private, farm and there is even a chicken that is blind who comes out to greet you because it thinks you are there to feed him! It’s awesome. You aren’t in Pittsburgh but everything you need is in Leechburg and they are at the bottom of the hill. 100% great stay with great people…who are very kind. Highly recommended!

Absolutely stunning views. Arrived when sun was going down and it was beautiful to watch on the porch with the horses across the drive.

This was the absolute best Airbnb stay we have ever had. It truly is a retreat for the peace of mind, body, and soul. The hosts are infinitely kind and accommodating. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and show us around. The farm is even better than it is in pictures and there are more animals and they are even friendlier than we thought they would be. The location is gorgeous and secluded and exactly what you’re looking for if you want a retreat away from the city. Will absolutely stay again and recommend to everyone we know.

George and Deb have a real showplace! Stunning decor, unbelievably pretty antiques, a gorgeous Chef's kitchen with incredible appliances and amenities, and a tranquil setting that would be ideal for larger family gatherings or celebrations. They were quick to respond, friendly, and super easy to work with! What's not to recommend?!

Very fast communication! Very helpful, nice, & gave lots of local recommendations of places to eat & where places were! One of the most sweetest people I have talked to!

Quite country setting. Cell service was spotty (Verizon) so it was good to be disconnected for awhile. Home as WiFi so one can connect if they choose to. This is a country setting so you will be about 30 mins to civilization/shops/restaurants so plan accordingly. Kitchen has all you will need to cook meals. Nice peaceful country setting with donkey, pigs, chickens, and sheep.

Our entire family enjoyed our stay at the Sugar Tree Lodge! We were never sitting around looking for things to do because there were so many activities available! The kids and adults all enjoyed kayaking, playing games, sitting around the fire pit, searching for salamanders, fishing, and relaxing. The space was absolutely perfect for our large family. We never felt overcrowded and loved spending time together! Would definitely recommend.

It was a peaceful getaway, even though it rained every day except one day, when we went to the State Park. Michael's place had a lot to offer, He has a game room in the basement and that kept us busy. The house was spotless and great scenery. Will rent again in the near future!

Boyfriend and I enjoyed our stay. Accommodations were excellent. We really didn’t need anything but groceries and liquor :) The home had everything we needed (kitchen supplies including food containers, variety of seasonings, kcups, tea, keurig, hair dryer, washer/dryer) and didn’t think we needed (Qtips, hot tub towels, cleaning supplies, including laundry pods and dryer sheets, Netflix, Prime, grill accessories). The fully equipped kitchen, grill, and hot tub were bonus features for us. We will book again.
