Golf du Champ de Bataille is 15 km away. The house is in a small village, 2 km from the train station of Serquigny (Caen Paris), 7 km from all amenities and an hour from Deauville / Honfleur. Perfect resting place to recharge your batteries for families or groups of friends, professionals are also welcome.

The kitchen is well-equipped, sleeping area with 3 bedrooms. On the outside, the whole thing is completely enclosed: parking area with garage. The residential area overlooks a forest with beautiful walks to take at the end of the street. Note the proximity to the railway, about 200 m away.

La Georgette, charming gîte

Charming cottage in the pretty Risle Valley. Ideal base for walks. The presence of animals on site (llamas, goats, donkeys, sheep) makes it a paradise for young and old. Available: ping pong table, tennis, foosball table, electric quad bike for children under 7 years old... and lots of other surprises! The pool is open from July 1st to August 31st (except between 1pm and 3pm). Power consumption is charged above 10KW h per day.
