In the hollow of the Risle valley bordered by forests, near the charming village of La Ferrière sur Risle, the miller's house is located on the Moulin à Tan property, occupied by the owners. The large fully enclosed grounds guarantee absolute calm, the valley is classified as "Natura 2000". The house, rated 4 stars, renovated and equipped with all comforts, is the former home occupied by the millers when the mill was in operation from the 18th to the beginning of the 20th century.

On the edge of the forest on one side, the village with its shops on the other, the Pallus gîte is a really nice vacation spot. The cottage is on one level. The kitchen is well-equipped, sleeping area with 3 bedrooms. On the outside, the whole thing is completely enclosed: parking area with garage. The residential area overlooks a forest with beautiful walks to take at the end of the street. Note the proximity to the railway, about 200 m away.
