Das Häuschen ist hochwertig ausgestattet, im Winter brennt der Pelletofen mit behaglicher Flamme, Ein Sitzplatz auf dem Winzergrundstück laden ein um ein Glas Wein zu geniesen. Es erwartet Sie eine ruhige und gemütliche Ferienwohnung im Schwarzwald, ca. 330 m ü.M. Umgeben von Wälder und Weinbergen gibt es viele schöne Wandermöglichkeiten. Weitere sehenswerte Orte wie Baden-Baden, der Mummelsee, Skipiste erreichen Sie in ca. 20 min. mit dem Auto. Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich im Dachgeschoss eines Hauses mit drei Wohneinheiten. Das Haus befindet sich in einer ruhigen Wohngegend und ist ca. 5 Gehminuten von der Bushaltestelle entfernt. Ein Auto ist empfehlenswert.

Tolle Wanderwege in direkter Nähe, die Weinberge und der nächste Wald sind nur 5 Minuten Fußweg entfernt. 5 Minuten mit dem Auto zum nächsten Supermarkt/Bäcker, mit eigenem Parkplatz und Gartennutzung. Gastgeber wohnen im Haus und stehen bei Fragen schnell zur Verfügung. Ideal auch für eine längere Auszeit!

The vacation home "Blockhaus im Schwarzwald", located in Lauf, overlooks the nearby mountains. The accommodation consists of a living/bedroom with 2 single beds, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms (1 with a double bed and 1 with 2 single beds) and 2 bathrooms as well as a guest toilet, thus offering space for 6 people. The equipment also includes satellite TV and a tiled stove. A high chair is also available. In addition, there is a whirlpool in one of the two bathrooms.

Sleeping The holiday flat has two cosily furnished bedrooms. Bedroom 1 is furnished with a large double bed with two single mattresses, bedroom 2 with two single beds. All beds have high-quality mattresses and bed linen suitable for allergy sufferers. Bed linen is provided. If required, an additional person (or two children) can sleep on the comfortable sofa bed in the living room. We are also happy to provide a cot and high chair for your children. Please let us know when you book.

House on the mountain with wellness area, bar and panoramic views

Our house was completely renovated in 2022. Here old clay walls and wooden beams were exposed. There is a 65-inch smart TV in the bar, as well as a projector with Netflix. The pool table and game collection leave no room for boredom. We are located on the edge of the Northern Black Forest. The region is ideal for hikers, cycling trips or a private wellness vacation in our panoramic sauna or steam bath. No parties. Dog friendly. Owners live next door with dog, encounters possible.

Gemütliche und Sonnige 54qm große Wohnung mit eigenem Eingang und sonnigem Freisitz Richtung Osten. Startpunkt für ausgiebige Weinberg und Wald Wanderungen. Gute Gastronomie in unmittelbarer Nähe. Guter Anschluß an die Schwarzwaldhochstraße für Wanderungen, Fahrrad-, Motorradtouren und Wintersportmöglichkeiten.
