We offer you relaxation on the outskirts of Sterzing in a nice apartment with balcony and mountain view. It is a starting point for many beautiful mountain tours, no matter in which direction and whether on foot or by mountain bike! The Dolomites are close! The apartment is our second home, fully equipped with a kitchen and all accessories. The entrance to the apartment is at the back of the building! This allows you to drive directly to the entrance, although the apartment is on the third floor!

Vogelweiderheim - Vacation home

Our house is located in Lajen-Ried, at 780 meters above sea level, on the sunny southern slope at the entrance to the Val Gardena - the ideal starting point for your skiing and hiking vacation. Lajen-Ried is a scattered settlement surrounded by fields, meadows and forests. The immediate surroundings are a dream setting for hikers and cyclists. Enjoy your vacation in nature, walking, mushrooming or cycling in the forest. We are located in the heart of South Tyrol and are very centrally located.

Open-space design apt in a historic farmhouse

One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

The cozy "Innerwalten 100" apartment is located in Walten (Valtina), a charming mountain village at 1,300 m, part of St. Leonhard in Passeier (San Leonardo in Passiria). The spacious apartment accommodates 8 guests and features a large living/sleeping area with 1 double bed and 2 sofa beds for 2 people each. There is also a separate bedroom with a double bed, a small kitchenette with 2 hobs and a mini fridge, and a large bathroom with a bathtub. Wi-Fi, satellite TV, and cable TV are included.

The apartment "Pfattenspitz" in the "Maurerhof" residence is located in the Sarntal Valley (Sarentino) of South Tyrol, between Sarnthein (Sarentino) and Durnholz (Valdurna). The 60 m² apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 5 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) and satellite television, while a baby bed and a highchair are available on request.

Overlooking the mountain, the holiday apartment "Sparberhof Exklusive" in Campo di Trens/Freienfeld impresses guests with its fantastic views. Suitable for large families, the 130 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, 2 fully-equipped kitchens with dishwashers, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 9 people. Privacy is ensured by a connecting door that can be opened or closed as desired.
