Waterfront holiday rentals in Las Vegas Strip

We had a very nice stay! The villa was very clean and the people were extremely friendly! We loved that we were able to have our dog with us! Our host did his best to make sure we had everything we needed when we arrived and we will definitely book with him again! Very reasonable pricing as well! Thank you for everything!

5 Stars - A Perfect Getaway! This was our first time in Las Vegas, and staying at Christian and Mariana’s place truly made it feel like a home away from home. The villa was beautifully maintained, spacious, and incredibly comfortable—perfect for a relaxing getaway after exploring the city. We loved all the thoughtful amenities: a fully equipped kitchen, cozy bedrooms with high-quality linens, fast Wi-Fi, and a lovely outdoor space that was perfect for morning coffee or evening unwinding. The attention to detail made everything feel effortless. Christian and Mariana were wonderful hosts—responsive, welcoming, and full of great local tips. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely be staying here again on our next trip to Vegas!

Peaceful escape from the strip and nice surroundings for walking and biking

Great location on the Lake, loved being on the ground level with quick access to the pool. Cristian was quick to respond and sent clear instructions. Will stay again next time in Vegas.

We had a great getaway at the condo! The pool area was perfect for relaxing and our kids didn’t want to leave the area. The lake is beautiful with lots of fun shops and restaurants! Awesome place to stay, we would definitely return.

There were a lot of little details I appreciated about this home. After flying across the county with my family of 5, I was pleasantly surprised on arrival to find all of the essential items we would need—including a stocked coffee bar! The pool area was very nice and my kids also really enjoyed the pool table and foosball table, they were entertained and are already asking to stay here again!

Solid place that matches photos. About 15-20 minutes (via. Uber) to main strip and 5-7 minutes to Fremont. House has a great personality and is laid out very well.

Ashley was a great host, the house was very quiet, beds were comfy/clean and the space was great for socializing with our group. Really great location 15 min drive away from the strip, to rest all day before going out at night. Enjoyed reading in the back yard by the pool in the AM with coffee, waiting for the late risers. Overall a great deal for a Vegas trip with a group of friends that don’t want to deal with the strip madness!!

The bnb was very nice and was a perfect fit for all of us. Ashely was very nice and was prompt with her communication! When I go to Vegas again I will definitely stay here again!

Great little place to stay! We were in Vegas for a few events during our stay, but wanted to be in Henderson as to be aware from all of the craziness, and this place was great! Picture perfect location close to lots of fun outdoor activities:) would definitely recommend and would stay again!

We loved the property! It exceeded our expectations. The condo was comfortable, clean and beautiful. We used the pool and jacuzzi and it was amazing. The cute shops and restaurants were within walking distance. The parking was free and secured underground. Overall, we would love to stay here again and again!

The condo was perfect and included everything we needed. The view is amazing. It is located about 30 mins from the strip which is perfect to get away from the craziness of the strip. The condo is located inside a village that includes a mini grocery store and restaurants. After a long day in the Vegas heat we would enjoy the pools. Absolutely zero complaints about our stay in this condo.

Was looking for a relaxing scenic location to stay in Las Vegas area for vacation and this was 1000% it! Condo was spotless and so quiet. Views from the balcony were amazing and sat out there every night. The pool was so wonderful in the June heat. The village is very walkable and had some great restaurants. The condo was exactly how it looked online and was so easy to access including underground parking. Traveling alone I was not sure but felt so safe in the area and felt right at home. Hard to leave such a beautiful place!!!! Hidden gem that everyone should book! Also Joe was very responsive to all my questions. Cannot give this listing enough stars it is just that amazing!
