El alojamiento coincidió perfectamente con la descripción. Fácil acceso y te sientes como en casa. Los vecinos del edificio donde está muy amables. Una pena que por el tiempo no pudiéramos utilizar la piscina que tenía muy buena pista.

Al llegar, Marisa nos estaba esperando a horario para explicarnos cómo funcionaba la casa, para darnos recomendaciones locales y con delicias locales 🫶🏽 La casa es super cómoda , volveríamos sin dudar . Por la noche muy silencioso , lo que te asegura un buen descanso luego de haber recorrido los mejores lugares de Bilbao , a los cuales se puede acceder fa a pie. Supermercado, cafeterías, y locales a pocos metros. Pasamos unos días hermosos en Bilbao y eso también fue gracias a Marisa .

We have been to Sandander a few times now, and Francisco's apartment was the best we have stayed in. It was spotlessly clean, in a perfect location right in the heart of Santander but not at all noisy. The apartment had everything we needed and some great, thoughtful touches. The apartment is spacious, and the attention to detail is second to none. Access is via a code for the main door and a code for the key to the apartment, and is therefore very secure. Thank you for a perfect stay. We wouldn't choose anywhere else given the option.

Outstanding, the apartment, the view, helpful and accommodating hosts. I could live in this apartment super comfortable, elegantly furnished. The view of the Cathedral is to die for, so easy to walk everywhere. Burgos my 2nd favourite city after Florence!

sehr schöne Wohnung, direkt gegenüber vom Guggenheim Museum und ganz ind der Nähe der Altstadt, Fluss und Zentrum. sehr zu empfehlen.

Increíble departamento! 10 veces más lindo en vivo que en las fotos. Las camas super cómodas. La cocina totalmente equipada ,los baños hermosos! Pero además el anfitrión está en todos los detalles de bienvenida! Un lujo. está totalmente equipado en todo lo que podes llegar a necesitar. No tuvimos que salir a comprar NADA. Sin duda lo volvería a elegir!!!

Il soggiorno a Bilbao è stato molto piacevole e l’appartamento di Ascen è una ottima base di partenza sia per esplorare la città vecchia che Bilbao in generale. I molti ristoranti e bar chiudono generalmente alle 11pm, quindi la sera non ci sono particolari problemi di rumore (tipici di zone così centrali / turistiche).

Prachtig appartement op een uitzonderlijk mooie locatie en adembenemend uitzicht. Zeer vriendelijke ontvangst. Prachtige plek om te ontspannen en tot rust te komen.

Very spacious accommodation with terraces, balconies and garden. Very well equipped kitchen. Lovely peaceful house.

Für uns gab es nichts zu meckern. Ein schönes Haus in einer ruhigen und besseren Wohnecke. Die zentrale Lage zum Strand und zur Ortsmitte super. Vorab haben wir viel Informationen von Maria erhalten und beim Empfang lief alles wunderbar. Wir waren 2 Wochen da und da das Wetter wechselhaft war war das grosse Haus super. Der Garten mit dem alten Baumbestand sorgt für Schatten und die Abendsonne schön für einen Sundowner. Unser Hund fühlte sich auf dem voll eingezäunten Gelände auch sehr wohl. Also wer in diese Ecke möchte mit Hund - oder Kinder denn der Keller ist voll mit Kinderspielzeug - ist hier richtig. Danke- liebe Maria- dass wir in eurem Haus sein durften.

An absolutely stunning property, with everything you could possibly need for a home away from home stay. Fantastic pool and pool house as well. Large kitchen/ dining/ living area meant that even with 8 adults staying it never felt crowded. Fresh baked goods left for our arrival as well as complementary toiletries. Tania and her husband were so helpful even arranging an early check in at the last minute. Genuinely is only 15 minutes drive from Bilbao and the beach, although bus stop is only a short walk away. Couple of restaurants in the local town are a short walk away. Comment from a past visitor about security cameras was over exaggerated, there is one camera pointing at the back of the garden and not into or around the house. Also felt very safe as there is the regional police headquarters behind the property 😂(but doesn’t overlook it at all). We will definitely be returning to this property and to beautiful Bilbao.

Fue una experiencia increíble. Noelia es muy maja y contestó a todas las preguntas. Hasta mandar fotos de lo que había en la cocina para no tener que traer demasiado etc. Nos dejó tambien salir mas tarde así aprovechamos el ultimo día. La casa es incredible, tiene todo lo que te pueda hacer falta y más. El jardin increible con vistas al monte y el entorno super bonito. Teneis rutas cerca pero tambien se puede cojer el coche y a 10 minutos tenéis rutas con cascadas etc. El super esta un poco lejos pero con coche se llega facil y ademas puedes vistar un poco los pueblos con restaurantes super buenos etc. Las habitaciones son muy buenas, todo muy limpio y comodo con vistas en cada una. Y la sala con la chimenea es realmente una zona increible para estar a la noche con sitio de sobra. De verdad es una casa increible, lo pasamos muy bien. Gracias Noelia por una experiencia tan buena. Volverémos!

Desde él primer momento todo facilidades , explicación Al llegar , alojamiento impecable y con todos los servicios .Siempre atentos para toda la ayuda y preocupándose de que estuviesemos cómodos. Sin duda nuestro sitio de referencia cuando volvamos por la zona . Ademas de super atentos ,como comento,la casa estaba impecable ,limpia ,modera y con todos los servicios .Solo darles las gracias por hacernos pasar unos días como en casa

As soon as we stepped into the apartment, we felt a sense of calm. It's almost impossible not to feel relaxed while surrounded by the beautiful countryside views. The house was designed to capture the scenery, especially with the large living room and master bedroom windows positioned perfectly west. We often preferred having dinner at home while catching a view of the mountain side sunsets over eating out for the evening.

Lourdes est très sympathique. Elle nous a très bien accueillis, nous a donné plein de recommendations utiles. L’appartement était charmant, très bien placé pour découvrir Santander à pied. Je recommande fortement cette hôte 🙃

una estancia ideal,estuvimos por trabajo,y la verdad es que pocos sitios como este, Encarni fue muy amable y atenta en todo momento,todos los servicios de 10, televisión,cocina,aseo, habitaciones,la calefacción,cerca del centro, recomendado 100%.

El apartamento es muy acogedor. Estaba muy limpio y muy bien ubicado. Con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días. Para nosotros una pena, que por el tiempo, no pudiésemos disfrutar de la piscina.

Departamento muy bonito! Lugar muy tranquilo. Anfitriona responde muy rápidamente muy amable . Nos movimos para el centro de Bilbao en metro creo que es lo mejor, puntual, se llega en 30 minutos al casco histórico. Dejamos el auto estacionado en la calle cerca del departamento. Cama muy cómoda. Cocina con vajilla para cocinar y demás. Muy muy recomendable!!

Der Aufenthalt in dieser tollen Eigentumswohnung (4 Nächte) hat uns sehr gefallen. Das Apartment liegt auf einer kleinen Anhöhe oberhalb des Hafens von Comillas und bietet einen einzigartigen Blick über das Meer. Kostenlose, private Parkmöglichkeit in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der Strand und die malerische Innenstadt von Comillas sind fußläufig erreichbar. Wir wurden von Juan Vincente liebevoll empfangen mit Früchten und Gemüse aus seinem Garten, sowie einer Flasche Wein. Die Wohnung ist modern ausgestattet mit hochwertigen Möbeln. In der Einbauküche ist alles vorhanden was das Herz begehrt. Insgesamt wirkt die Unterkunft nicht wie ein gewerbliches Vermietungsobjekt, sondern wie eine Vermietung unter Freunden. Obwohl Juan Vincente nur Spanisch spricht, gelang die Kommunikation problemlos. Wir können diese Ferienwohnung bedenkenlos empfehlen.

Eine uuuuunfaßbar tolle Wohnung mit nem sensationellen Blick auf die Bucht mit den Wellenreitern 🌊 ❗️Echt mal was Besonderes!!! Wir sind 2 befreundete Paare (mit Mietauto) und haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Einfach super! Das Wetter war nicht so fein und haben deshalb abends auch mal in der Wohnung gekocht - in einer gut eingerichteten Küche . Supermarkt, Restaurants und Besuche in Bilbao, San Sebastián und Santander waren gut erreichbar. Josu ist ein feiner Mensch! Kontakt über sms und persönlich ist perfekt, leicht und unkompliziert.
