Holiday rentals with a patio in Las Merindades

I recommend this apartment, where my family and I stayed for 4 days. The cleanliness and order were exceptional, which made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The apartment was very comfortable and well equipped, which allowed us to enjoy our stay without worries. The location was ideal and the owner's treatment was kind and attentive. We would definitely repeat the experience without any hesitation.

The apartment is in a top location, everything is easily accessible on foot. The apartment is well furnished, bathroom is rather small, but also completely ok. I would highly recommend this apartment. Ana and Iker were super friendly, thank you very much.

The house is beautiful, everything is very new and tastefully decorated. Large bed and windows. The terrace has fantastic views. The hosts were friendly and flexible with check-in and check-out times. We went with our dogs and they didn't charge us any extra, which is appreciated.

Sofia has been a 10-star host. She always communicated with us and the house was perfect.

First of all, I want to highlight the kindness of Conchi and Ivan from the first moment, from when we arrived at the accommodation until we left. They were available to us at all times, advising us on the areas we could visit and delicious restaurants where we could eat. They are really helpful and nice. The accommodation was impeccable and in a super quiet and cozy area, my parents and I felt at home, honestly. It was in the heart of Santander, we walked everywhere and only took the car to go outside the city. There are several car parks around, but we usually found parking in the blue zone easily and practically nearby, so the experience of going by car was excellent too. The only thing I can say to finish, is that if I return to Santander at any time, I will repeat my stay with these wonderful hosts!

This place was clean and has everything you need. I thought Air BnB hid the location and it wasn’t where we thought, but there is a commuter train close by in Lemoa that has access to all the places we wanted to see. So it turned out well. I recommend this place to anyone exploring the area.

It was a good experience. Noelia is very nice and answered all the questions. Even sending photos of what was in the kitchen so we didn't have to bring too much, etc. He also let us leave later so we took advantage of the last day. The house is incredible, it has everything you could possibly need and more. The incredible garden overlooking the mountain and the super nice surroundings. You have trails nearby, but you can also take the car and 10 minutes away you have trails with waterfalls, etc. The supermarket is a bit far away, but with a car you can get there easily and you can also visit the villages a bit with super good restaurants, etc. The rooms are very good, everything is very clean and comfortable with views in each one. And the living room with the fireplace is really an incredible area to be at night with plenty of space. It really is an incredible house, we had a great time. Thank you Noelia for such a good experience. We'll be back!

We had a great time at Maria's place. The house is practically new, very well equipped and tastefully decorated. You can tell that it is thought out in detail to make you feel at home: from the kitchenware to the small details that the hostess has had, all very well taken care of. We especially want to thank Maria for her close and friendly treatment, always making sure that we were comfortable and with a great flexibility that made our stay even easier, something we value very much. The house is very comfortable, bright, quiet and is located in an ideal area to get to know the area. We definitely recommend the stay and we won't hesitate to come back if the opportunity arises. Consuelo is fantastic, pending, friendly, communicative and notice that the accommodation is part of its history. The place is in perfect condition, it's what you see, even more. Quiet, safe area. Very close to Cabárceno Park. A place to come back if you want to disconnect, with all the amenities of your usual home. With easy parking.

A charming house in a beautiful neighborhood

Our stay was very pleasant. The house is spacious and perfect for groups: three bathrooms (one per floor), two large living rooms and a separate txoko that, together with the garden, is great for everyone to be together. The area is very quiet, without noise, and is used both inside and outside. The patio with barbecue is spacious and cozy. Guadalupe, the hostess, was a sweetheart, very close, attentive and flexible with the check-out time. Although the turtle pond we saw in the photos was no longer there, everything else was perfect. We felt very comfortable throughout the stay.

A lovely little apartment for a couple of nights stop in Suances, Carlos was very helpful and gave great instructions to find and access the apartment, nice little garden for our dog. Very comfortable bed

Our stay was unbeatable. Located on the beach of Berria, (just 2 minutes from the walking sand), perfect for families who want to enjoy the beach or for surfers. The area is very quiet and noisy, but if you want more movement in 5 minutes you are in the center of Santoña where you have all kinds of services. The accommodation is equipped with all kinds of details, complete kitchen battery, internet, table rack and storage spaces. The beds are very comfortable. All super clean and well organized. Sandra is very good host, always attentive and available to make everything perfect and offering great recommendations on places to visit and restaurants in the area. You can tell he cares about every detail to make the experience unforgettable. I will definitely be back on my next trip, I recommend it 100%.

A place with incredible peace and very well located. If you're looking to spend a few quiet days, it's an ideal place. It is in the middle of nature, with the beach very close and very well connected to visit picturesque villages and eat in good restaurants. We repeat for sure!

José Ramón's house is a great place to enjoy a few days of rest and beach! It has everything you could need, the beds are very comfortable (which, together with the tranquility of the area, makes your rest perfect), it has a wonderful garden and, in addition, everything could not be cleaner! The location is very convenient to be able to walk anywhere, but far from the area that can be more bustling (now everything was super quiet) and having the garage is another great advantage so you don't have to worry about the car. And, in addition to all this, José Ramón is a great man. Thank you very much for everything! P.S. If you're going with kids (or even if you're not :-D), the beaches on the island are another great plus!

Easily one of the best places I have ever stayed. I had a great time, the hosts were lovely kind people, and the surroundings beautiful. Would recommend wholeheartedly

We recently enjoyed a 3-night stay at Raquel's apartment. It is perfectly located with great views towards the Picos and we particularly enjoyed watching the horses and two foals in the field at the back and watching and listening to the cows and their bells in the other field. It was very soothing. The apartment is a good size and being decorated in a minimalist style, there is a lot of space to enjoy along with a very big balcony. The wifi speed is good and the bed comfortable. We were driving in our own car having travelled by ferry and the house and large drive is very secure so perfect to pack up for our return journey. Some of the roads are a little narrow (depends on your car) but we found the easiest way in and out is to turn sharp left out of the drive and then right at the bottom and left towards the main road - no problem. You definitely need a car to explore but the benefits are that you can enjoy the peace and quiet away from the hustle of the town. A good stay.

We stayed two nights in the studio and everything was perfect. It is very cozy and quiet place, you can breathe peace. The mattress is very comfortable and sleeps very well. As for the environment, it is very close to beautiful places to visit, such as Costa Brobrada, Santillana del Mar, Santander, San Vicente de la Boquera, comillas, etc. Mintxu is very attentive and friendly!!

Highly recommended, the service is spectacular and responds very quickly. The apartment is very good, clean, comfortable and accessible. Worth repeating.
