It is located at an altitude of 400 m in the valley of Miera surrounded by mountains up to 2000 m high. In Líerganes, 13 km away, you can shop, stroll and eat. Hiking, climbing, biking, fishing, exploring caves, watching animals - all this can be done from the house without taking the car.

En la entrada hay un gran porche equipado con mesas y sillas. Está ubicada en medio de la naturaleza en el centro del Parque Natural Ojo Guareña, el aeropuerto más cercano está a 80 km (1 hora) y cerca de estaciones de esquí.

Caserío Aurrekoetxe

Aurrekoetxe is a typical Basque farmhouse in the Mañaria area that is over 300 years old. Located below Mount Mugarra, on its southern face, it is surrounded by nature adjacent to the Urkiola Natural Park and just 2 km from the urban center of Mañaria. I live with my mother and my two daughters aged 14 and 11 in the same building but with another separate entrance, respecting the privacy of the guests and our own. We'll be happy to help you with whatever you need.

It is crooked, it is colourful, it is wild and will throw you in an another universe for the time of your stay. The house lives with a young oak tree, it is also in front of the large beech forest and you can hear the river that passes right in front. It is totally suspended in the abyss but its stability and firmness are surprising. Our idea is to enjoy it while sharing it with you.
