Monthly Rentals in Las Canteras Beach

I spent 2 months in Frans apartment, I enjoyed it very much. The location is unbeatable, as well as I liked that the apartment is bright and has a balcony on which the sun shines almost all day. Sometimes it can be a bit noisy from the neighbors, but I think that's normal as the apartments there are generally very clairaudient. The internet is great for working, never had any problems. Communication with Fran also went smoothly. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

A studio on the 5-n floor with elevator. Everything as written. Very conveniently located just a few steps away from the beach. Restaurants, supermarkets etc. are also within easy walking distance. I would also like to mention a bottle of wine as a welcome gift. Unfortunately, there is no view from the window, which at the same time means that you can hear street noise.

Great apartment, 3 min walk from the beach. Everything is well positioned so that even if there is an event outside the bedroom is quiet. Ramon was extremely friendly and recommended us places for renting a car and parking. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you need to make a quick meal. The apartment also has an elevator available. If you are looking for a place to stay in central Las Palmas I would recommend Ramons place.
