Come and stay in the former summer residence of a famous family of vermouth makers. Historic residence located at the foot of Mont Saint-Clair, the villa offers spectacular views of Sète, the Étang de Thau and the sea. Those looking for calm and charm will be delighted. The city takes on a country feel here... while being a 10-minute walk from the market halls. Breakfast is possible at an extra cost. A stopover at the gates of the Cévennes.

Nice T1 located in the capital of the Cevennes. You will be close to the sea (1h20) and the Lozère / Ardèche as well as other sites as charming as it is touristy: Uzes, Anduze etc ... The apartment is fully equipped, located in a very quiet area 15 minutes away from downtown Alès. We will be there for your arrival/departure (depending on the hours, a lockbox is at your disposal) and we are available for any additional questions or requests for information

The house is surrounded by a large exterior composed of a terrace,a patio, an 8/4 underground pool, a barbecue and games for the little ones. deckchairs, tables, chairs and umbrellas are available.
