Our guesthouse is located in a small village with about 50 people. It is a quiet and peaceful setting in the heart of nature. You have access to several walking paths in the forest and countryside, proximity to lake with swimming and fishing and to the pride of the village, a really nice bus museum. Our water is of the best quality The guesthouse includes free parking and wifi. Unfortunately we do not have a shop in the village, therefore buy with the groceries you need. We are happy to serve a lovely breakfast at a cost of 100 SEK per person. Please let us know the day before.

A cosy cabin at the edge of the woods amid spruces and blueberry rice. On a smaller road near the forest and lakes, this cottage is located at 110 sqm. A large forest plot with lush seating. Pick blueberries growing around the house. Even chanterelles can look out. Spring to autumn there is access to a rowing boat in Åsljungasjön, has life jackets and fishing licenses are available for purchase all year round. There is also a swimming area walking/cycling distance of about 1200 meters. Or maybe a refreshing winter bath. Close to mushroom forest, trails and various lakes.

Palm House at Hjelmsjöborg

Nestled in a rhododendron in the north part of Hjelmsjöborg's park is this octagonal tower Palm House. This is a very unique building where you get a home like nothing else. Five meters in ceiling height, beautiful stuccos, brick paintings, a bathtub in the middle of the bedroom, spiral staircase, a paved patio with a Mediterranean feel and not even a stone's throw from the house is Hjelmsjöns nice tennis courts. In the winter months it can get a little cold, then you'll have to curl up on the couch and light a fire in the fireplace.

Relaxing old wood house

My house is adorable, next to a lake. It's peacefull, lots of windows. You can take the canoe , paddling ower the lake, or just sit and relax on the deck. Cold days, sit inside by the fireplace, read, eat a nice dinner in one off the rooms with windows owerlooking the lake. Small bedrooms,leaning walls , give you a feeling off going back 100 years in old sweden, when the house was built. You can not swim from my garden, but 200m from my house is a beach. My house is in a small village.
