Uli’s place was the best equipped Airbnb I’ve stayed in. Despite small size was perfect for two people, cozy, lots of essentials like bug spray, spices, and cookware, as well as anything you could need for the beach. Truly great little weekend stay for us!

This placed matches the listing completely. It is a fairly new remodel and in good condition with quality fixtures and furniture. Everything was very clean. The mattress and pillows are on the soft side for me, but that is a personal preference. There was a minor plumbing issue while we were there, but it was only at the end of our stay that it became a notable problem, and when I let the host know, I received an immediate response. The location of this place is on a very busy road. We used to live in the area, so we knew that in advance. There is traffic noise constantly, and it wouldn’t be very private to leave the blinds open all the time. For us, it wasn’t a problem. I felt safe and when the AC was on, we couldn’t really hear the traffic (especially not in the bedroom….we slept just fine). If you want to stay close to beaches and within walking distance of some shops and dining, this is a good choice for the area.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The home was cozy, fresh, and beautifully lit with natural sunlight, making it feel even more warm and welcoming. It truly felt like a perfect home away from home. The neighborhood was charming, safe, and ideally located—my kids loved playing outside, and we all enjoyed the park across the street, Central Park nearby, and the Florida Botanical Gardens just minutes away. The house was spotless, especially the bathrooms, and the beds were incredibly comfortable with the softest sheets and coziest blankets. Every detail—from the stylish decor, to the luxurious cookware, coffee bar, to the beach gear—was thoughtfully provided. The host was incredibly friendly, thoughtful, and communicative—their responses were quick and helpful, and their expectations were clear and more than reasonable. After a nightmare experience at another rental, finding this gem truly saved our family vacation. We’re so grateful!

The decor was charming, and as soon as you walked in, it smelled like the beach—so fresh and relaxing! The beds were super comfortable, and the location was perfect—close to everything we wanted to do. We’d definitely stay here again!
