The crocolion is an apartment located in the center of Arès. It consists of a living room equipped with a flat screen TV and a sofa bed, a kitchen area with fridge, induction cooktop, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave oven etc... On this level there is also the bathroom with toilet and walk-in shower. Towels and sheets are provided free of charge. Naturally considerate, we are here to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

Our lovely 18 m2 studio has a great location. It is located 300 m from the basin and the oyster port. The city centre with its pedestrian streets, lively all year round, is only 600 m away. 50 m from the studio, access to the bike paths allows you to go around the basin to get us we lend 2 VTC.
