beautiful contemporary villa with pool

Charming house, offering calm, serenity and wide open spaces. Ideal for holidays for families or groups of friends where everyone can enjoy indoor and outdoor comforts. 200 meters from the center , 300 meters from the port , 450 meters from the beach, and a short walk to the bike path. The swimming pool is heated from mid-May to September 30th and secured , with a 1 meter beach for the little ones with a very nice outdoor terrace. The villa is completely air-conditioned ( thermostats in each room)

Surface area 30m² with mezzanine, attached to our house. Fully equipped kitchen, dining area, sofa, wifi, shower room: shower-toilet, attic room with 1 double bed. Linen provided.

Charming air-conditioned studio

Independent 22 m² studio, air-conditioned, with a kitchen equipped with a toaster, coffee maker, kettle, oven/microwave, and everything you need to cook! There is a TV and Wi-Fi. It has a garden without opposite, composed of a wooden terrace for eating, a barbecue with all the necessities, 2 deckchairs, and a bicycle rack. There is also the option to park a motorcycle in place of the bike rack. The garden is secured with a lockable gate!

Enjoy our house, renovated in 2023, with family or friends, which will offer you good times in perspective. The house of about 150 m² offers an optimal configuration for 8 adults and 1 child, with an 8 m x 4 m pool with stairs equipped with an alarm system, unheated. Large 100 m² wooden terrace and a sheltered terrace with garden furniture. Close to the bike path, the beaches of Lanton and its shops are in the immediate vicinity.
