Maison neuve terminée début février 2019. Elle est d'une surface de 126m² + le batiment piscine de 60m². La maison peut accueillir 8 personnes avec un maximum de 4 adultes. La piscine est chauffée à 28° été comme hiver et est réservée aux locataires. Lantic est une commune tranquille près des plages (Binic et St Quay Portrieux à 7km, Etables à 5 km) Il y a également des activités (proximité zoo, golf, accrobranches etc...)

Ideal for your vacation with family or friends to discover the Côte du Goëlo. Bright and cozy 75 m² house with semi-covered terrace facing south-south west on a 500 m² plot (not fenced at the moment). Linens and towels extra (€10 per person) Free WiFi.

Welcome to our 96 m² wooden house surrounded by greenery. Ideally located 5 minutes from the sea (St Quay Portrieux). Guests can enjoy a beautiful living space, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a large ideally exposed terrace. You will find all the shops nearby. We will be there to welcome and advise you (tours, activities, walks, markets, beaches, customs trail...)
