Several shops are open year-round: convenience store, fishmonger, as well as bars and restaurants. The main nautical center of the area is just a 5-minute walk away. Completely renovated, the house was designed in a vacation spirit thanks to its large terrace with barbecue and summer kitchen. The thoughtful decor creates a relaxing atmosphere.

Beautiful outings await you, such as the descent of the Trieux, beautiful hikes or a Paimpol Pontrieux trip in a steam train or the descent or ascent of the Trieux with the boat Le Passeur du Trieux.

New 71 m2 house, bright, located halfway between the village and the beach. The house consists of a large living room (living room-kitchen), a bathroom and 2 bedrooms (one with mezzanine). A large terrace on the south and west sides allows you to enjoy the sun. The environment is very quiet (agricultural road), the house is away from the road and without any neighbors. You have a view of the surrounding crops and a small sea view.

La maison orientée au sud est très lumineuse avec ses nombreuses ouvertures. La maison se démarque par son confort et sa grande fonctionnalité, mais aussi par sa déco moderne et unique, réalisée en grande partie par Nathalie, la propriétaire, Artiste-Sculptrice.

The pool is open from April 1st to November 15th and heated to 28 degrees; its use is shared. It is accessible from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Located near Paimpol, 300 meters from the beach, I will be happy to host you in an independent apartment located on the ground floor of my house The GR34 passes in front of the house and will allow you to hike on the coastal trails and swim in the sea
