The house and our stay were exactly what we needed for our brief Easter getaway! our host's communication was clear and forthcoming, and she was flexible when we needed to delay our arrival a little. check in was easy and clear, and the guides tour of the house and facilities beyond expectations. the amenities were great, we unfortunately didn't get to use the bicycles available... we did enjoy the warmth of the fireplace to take the edge off the spring evening temperatures! the beds were comfy, the shower hot and spacious, and having a second toilet is always a bonus. The only comment I had is that the cleaning fee for a 3 days stay was very high (roughly the same as we pay for a deep clean of our entire house, about twice the size of the property)... otherwise... perfect, and despite thatbone thing, we would still book again if they'll have us back! thanks you Danielle and Agence Cocoon!

Accommodation and magical environment... We felt like we left very far while we were in the same village as our 🏠 main house.. Soothing accommodation, very pleasant to stay there.... Matches the photos and description.... You can find everything and even more.... Bedding.... We felt like we were sleeping on a cloud.... Thanks to the biquettes 🐐and birds 🐦 for all these moments of "break"... Pascale is a very, pleasant, responsive, attentive host... She is in harmony with her rental... Thanks also to his son who is also very available... I will definitely be back again, but this time alone, to appreciate this place and the moments that flow from it, at its fair value. We loved walking to the beach every night from Thomas' place. He was very helpful and responsive, and we would return in a heartbeat.

We had a wonderful short stay (alas) at Alain's, with our family with our children. The environment of the house is amazing, in the middle of the forest but 5 minutes from a beautiful beach on foot; an end of the world impression but 5-10 minutes by car from Ploubazlanec and different shops and restaurants, Paimpol is also very close, as well as the pier for the island of Brehat. The instructions for finding the place were very clear. The house with its large floor-to-ceiling windows is very nice, the bathroom may be a little rustic but we didn't mind... the luxury is elsewhere... and especially in the magnificent view of the sea and the bay of Launay! A very exotic and soothing place. We're hoping to come back!

Very good stay with friends in St Pol de Léon. Sleeping arrangements are high quality in all bedrooms and there are two bathrooms, which is very convenient for a large group. Communication with Fanny was very smooth as she is very responsive. The living room is not very large but the kitchen is well equipped. The center of St Pol de Léon is within walking distance which is much appreciated.

We had a great time at Annick's place, a peaceful and quiet place, in the countryside. The house is very clean, equipped with all the essentials and well-located to radiate to discover the emblematic sites of the emerald coast. In addition, we enjoyed being able to park our vehicle just in front of the house, in a secure place. Annick is discreet, responsive, and friendly. Thanks for hosting us.

We stayed for a few days at Catherine's place. The listing description complies with the property. The veranda is a real plus for this atypical house. Superb rental with beautiful bay views and several beaches within walking distance 5 min. Very nice pool. The house is very suitable for children. A very nice week spent at Tycoat!

Peaceful accommodation, as described and located in a small, very quiet subdivision. The garden is beautifully wooded and clean. The location allows you to shine in the surroundings of Perros Guirec and take very nice walks. Welcoming and caring host. Friendly stay with the family.

We had a pleasant stay with Adrien and his family. The cottage is superb and we were very well received, we felt at home. Even our Lilo enjoyed 🐶 I highly recommend it and would not hesitate to book again.

Ideal for our stay in the area, it is a very warm accommodation located in a very quiet environment. Our host was welcoming and considerate, met all of our expectations.

Very nice, well-located and functional small accommodation. The garden is very nice, perfect for two with a dog. Attention three points to take into account: fairly dangerous staircase/ladder, swimming pool closed when we come, for large vehicles difficult to park near the accommodation. We had a pleasant time in the accommodation, Jean-Pierre was pleasant and accessible thank you!

We stayed as 6 adults, 3 babies and 2 dogs, everything went very well. The accommodation was nicely decorated for Christmas, clean and enough space for everyone, we didn't miss anything. Thanks again to our host who was responsive and very friendly. We'll be happy to go back!

We enjoyed our stay in Celine and Jean-Christophe's house, the accommodation is new, in perfect condition and functional, the perfectly fenced garden is ideal for a family with children or a pet. Two terraces, one covered and the other well exposed, allow you to enjoy the outdoors in all weather. Don't hesitate to choose this place if you want to experience this beautiful region.

An excellent stay! At Robert's, there is absolutely nothing missing to feel good there; full kitchen, impeccable bedding, cleanliness, comfort, warmth, total calm and a welcome kindness from the owner. Only 8 minutes by car from Lamballe, supermarkets and everything you need to enhance your trip (restaurants, train station, shops etc.). Highly recommendable of course for a stop in the area, a couple's vacation or a business trip (which was my case for this period).

we had a lovely stay at Frédéric and Rozenn's place very warm welcome, Frédéric took the time to introduce us to the accommodation. ideally located accommodation, close to the beach and path. close to places of discovery ( Paimpol, Bréhat ...etc). green and bucolic environment.
