At the edge of the forest between the lakes is our spacious and bright apartment in an old country house. Through the thick walls in summer pleasantly cool, in winter with the fireplace cozy warm you can make yourself wonderfully comfortable. The garden invites you to have breakfast in the morning and to end the day with a glass of wine in the evening. Close to the city and yet rural, you can reach everything on foot or by bike. The Baltic Sea (20 km) and the lakes lure you to swim in the silky water in summer.

Our completely renovated oak house for up to 7 people can be rented immediately. The oak house with its own large garden is located in the idyllic village of Güldenstein with a wide view over the surrounding fields. There are two double rooms with en-suite shower bath, another double room shares the bathroom with a single room. The living room has a beautiful fireplace and leads into an open dining and kitchen area. There is also a guest toilet on the ground floor. The terrace invites you to enjoy nature.

Mare Baltica: Arrive, breathe deeply and relax

Spacious, bright and quiet 2-room apartment (48 square meters) with all comforts for a few relaxing days by the lake. It's just a 5-minute walk to the beach through the private park. The large balcony (24 square meters) with a southwest-facing location has sun from noon to evening and invites you to sunbathe or have a cozy breakfast or barbecue evening. The apartment has a private parking space for the car and a lockable bicycle cellar. Swimming pool and tennis court are available for a small fee.

Haus Theda

Welcome at Haus Theda! Built in 2023, the scandinavian style low-energy house is situated with its "sister house", Haus Swanhild, in a garden district near the lake of Fockbek. Its barrier-free and light-flooded interieur is defined by an open gallery space with a combined kitchen dining and living room with stove and sofa/double bed, next to a sweet sleeping room for two. A galery space upstairs invites for relaxed moments and sleeping aswell. The veranda is equiped for outdoor living.

Enjoy a good time in the "Lüttenhuus" in Preetz/Holstein Switzerland near lakes and the Baltic Sea beach! Relaxation through nature, the legendary air that you breathe in, and you will immediately feel calm! Close to the lakes, bike/hiking trails and beaches (Laboe, California, Brazil). Lüttenhuus with garden/terrace is a starting point for walks, bike/canoe tours, SUP sessions, surfing and thanks to fiber optic Wi-Fi and office chairs "workation"-friendly for "home office" creatives.

The cottage is located in the “Bothkamper See” nature reserve. It offers an outdoor hot tub, shower with nature view, steam sauna, wood-burning stove, terrace, XXL couch and super king size bed, fully equipped kitchen, ice maker, Bluetooth music system, record player, Wi-Fi, 2 x BBQ area, bicycles, home office, 2 x spa, private cinema, giant swing, fireplace, swimming area, wood chopper and much more. Our restaurant "Hof Bissee" with regional cuisine and breakfast (5 min walk).

Our newly renovated two-room holiday apartment in Preetz offers nature-close living in a central location by the Kirchsee. It has a private entrance with dining area and kitchenette, plus separate living and sleeping spaces. Not yet perfect, but already very cosy and inviting. A spacious garden and the jetty with direct lake access are available for shared use. We welcome up to four guests—families with children or water travelers included.

The apartment is furnished to a high standard and freshly renovated. It features a master bed, a smart TV, a cozy couch and a dining table with chairs for four people. Here you will find a 37 m² living room with integrated sleeping facilities. Access is through a spacious entrance area including a high-quality fitted kitchen. The approx. 5 m² full bathroom is also off of here. A 50 m² fenced garden area is exclusively reserved for you.
