Small cottage between land and sea

We are the first house (or the last depending on where we arrive) of a small very quiet hamlet between Dinan (20 minutes away) and Saint Malo (15 minutes away). The cottage is a totally independent studio on our property. It is accessible by a staircase and is not overlooked. It has a private garden, also without any vis-à-vis, with table and chairs, umbrella, coffee table and sunbeds, barbecue... The pool, heated to 28 degrees is only open in summer, from 26 June to 6 September.

Surrounded by breathtaking scenery and walks, Langrolay-sur-Rance is a small village with a unique charm where hikers can discover an unspoiled environment around the Rance estuary. Your little pied-à-terre is very comfortable and you will not want for anything. You're close to Brittany's most beautiful beaches, don't forget your swimsuits!

Located in a charming village, this studio of 34m2, completely renovated, is located in the city center, in a stone house and 900 meters from the Rance (the floor is not yet furnished). The courtyard in front is south-facing. You can easily reach the medieval city of Dinan, or Dinard and its beautiful sandy beaches in 10 to 15 minutes, and Saint Malo or Dol de Bretagne in 15 to 20 minutes. You can also quickly access the Gr34 and discover the banks of Rance.

Perfectly placed in the historic heart of Dinan, this beautifully renovated city centre apartment is situated at the top of the famous medieval street, 'The Jerzual'. Dinan's restaurants, shops and historic buildings are just a few steps away. This second floor apartment has one (double) bedroom and a fold-down bed/setee. The stylish kitchen has all new appliances and the apartment is equipped with security doors and smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.

In this bright and comfortable 42 m² accommodation, independent, taking place on the ground floor of Sophie and Paul's house, you will be ideally located 30 seconds' walk from a charming beach on the Rance estuary. The calm, walks, and hikes by the water will delight walkers. In 15 minutes by car you will be in Saint-Malo intramural or Dinard; in 30 minutes to Cancale, Dinan or Mont Saint-Michel, and in three-quarters of an hour to Cap Fréhel.

Le Refuge de Jeanne – Studio between Land and Sea

Studio of 25 m2 on the 1st floor of a detached house, with separate entrance independent of the owners. The studio is composed of a main space, with kitchen area and sleeping area and a shower room. Located in a quiet area of Dinard, you will have easy and free parking in the cul-de-sac. The house is 2 km from the city center, so it's best to have a car! Check-in from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., after these hours we have a key box.

Cosy in winter - with 2 wood stoves and a stunning kitchen/dining extension. And perfect in summer with a huge garden, patios, and woods. We only rent the entire property to ONE group at a time. It is suitable for a family, or a larger group of up to 8 adults, maximum.
