Iurii maintained regular communication before and during my stay at his property. The property is located in a very pleasant and safe area close to shops and restaurants. The apartment was very clean, well maintained and decorated. My stay was very comfortable.

We spent two amazing months at Julian and Meline's place. The surroundings of Wiesbaden are really beautiful. We miss the Parque del Castillo. Julian and Meline were always attentive to what we needed and communication with them was quick and easy. We found everything very clean. The bed is very comfortable. We would definitely stay with them again!

Beautiful home and great location. Spacious, comfortable and nicely decorated. Great location within walking distance to shops, restaurants, etc. we had 2 minor issues of own fault, but worth noting. Our rented Mercedes van did not fit in the 1.9m garage. We were able to find another lot location at the casino. We found the mailbox with keys easy enough, and instructions state apartment is on the 2nd floor. We’re from the US and automatically pushed floor 2 in the elevator, which was not accurate. Literal 2nd floor when coming from garage (which we didn’t) so elevator floor 1. Once we figured that out, all set! Many thanks for sharing your home!

Really lovely place with friendly host who was always very quick to respond to any questions with helpful replies. The house was very clean with well equipped kitchen and plenty of space. Location was great - private space in a quiet street with easy parking outside the door. Station was very close but we did find it helpful to have a hire car to explore further afield. Good local small supermarkets and bakery as well as excellent takeaway just round the corner. Only minor downside was the trains which were a little noisy - but not too frequent and we felt this was reflected in the price charged which was fair and a little lower than similar size properties in the area. Overall an excellent stay.

We stayed as a family with grandparents, parents and big teenagers. We enjoyed having several rooms and beds to spread out without feeling like we were in a dorm. We felt very comfortable 😊 The only downside is having only an unseparated bathroom and toilet. For ten people, it asked us for great coordination. Luckily we are very close 😂

Everything in the place is perfectly organized and perfectly described! Everything is thought of. Great sauna, great hot cabin,super barbecue!. Everything state-of-the-art, clean and in very good condition! A really very special place!

Wonderful quiet house with plenty of space in the yard and garden, a creek in the immediate vicinity , perfect for families with children. The hospitality was also very nice , helpful. All in all top weekend in a quiet beautiful area.

The cottage is great for large groups of people. Through the pool table you can spend super social evenings. If you want, you can also retreat to the lower rooms. The sauna and the view were a dream!

I didn't stay there myself but my brother with his family and they loved the place. Everything as described and in the pictures, a nice quiet environment, top cleanliness and very nice hosts - everything would be perfect, thank you!

Great apartment in a former old shop and also a super central location in the city of Marburg! Everything was as described and also on site you could find all the information about the apartment and also about excursions and restaurants in a practical binder. The historical photos and documents that decorated the walls were also particularly great. The flair and charm of this apartment was felt in every corner!

We were in the apartment for the second time. We liked it even better than the first time. Now there is also a shower wall upstairs. We are a big fan of the coffee machine and the terrace! The train traffic was canceled, but we found another good solution and also came to the city. The apartment can highly recommend.

It’s beautiful and comfortable that we stayed here second time already. Easy to get from Hauptbahnhof by bus no M46 and bus stop right in front of the apartment. Walk to Messe 20 min. Communication with Mathias is easy and fast. I recommend this place.

Apartment is an insider tip. An oasis of calm a stone's throw from Central Station. Well equipped, everything you need. Small but nice. Will be back!

A very comfortable place that felt immediately like home. It has almost everything you need. The host is also very helpful and responsive. When I was sick, she even booked a doctor's appointment for me 😆
