The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, as well as a living room and a bedroom with a soft double bed (1.40 x 2 m). In the living room, a sofa bed offers enough space for two more people. There is also a courtyard with many seating options for shared use.

Our apartment (about 35 square meters) is centrally located in the center of the historic old town of Butzbach, the pearl of the Wetterau. The medieval market square with its historic half-timbered houses is one of the most beautiful in Germany. The apartment has a separate entrance with video intercom. The central location makes it easy to reach all the shops, cafes and restaurants within walking distance. The train station is a 3-minute walk away.

The house is over 500 years old, was completely newly renovated in 1994 sustainably and with style-appropriate materials yet also modern. It is a closed courtyard surrounded by old stone walls and lots of plants, great for children and animals. The detached single-family home was originally built in 1962 as a weekend house for a Frankfurt family and has been completely renovated and converted in the last three years. It has become modern, practical, efficient but also very cozy and offers an oasis of well-being of about 150 m² on 2 floors.
