If you want to spend a carefree time, then this cozy apartment is the place for you. You will be staying centrally, within walking distance to shopping (drugstore, groceries, drinks) and in a quiet residential area. The S-Bahn and regional transport are about 15 minutes on foot. Bus stops are in the immediate vicinity. Your landlords live in the house (with separate entrance) and are happy to help you with any questions.

You live in your own little house with private entrance. It has a toilet, sink and shower, sauna on request (€20 extra) and a small, beautiful garden. The living room has a comfortable sofa bed (1.4 × 2 m), TV, DVD and a good stereo system. There is another sleeping accommodation (2 x 2 m) in the upper area. It is a private household. We are happy to have guests and always try to provide a personal welcome.

My boathouse is a place of rest and relaxation. It invites you to be completely for yourself, to forget everyday life is located in a small village between Darmstadt and Frankfurt. Arriving by car is easy and safe parking on site is included.
