The highway (A36) makes the place the perfect starting point for excursions in the entire Harz area, as well as the northern Harz foothills. With about 60 m², the apartment can accommodate up to 4 people.

Due to its proximity to the exhibition grounds (10 minutes by car), it is ideal for a visit to a trade fair or concert, but also for family or city trips, as Hanover city center is also only 20 minutes away by car.

In addition to a comfortable queen-size bed (160cm), the living/sleeping area has an inviting dining area and a large TV.
