On Kongebakken in Svendborg, you will find this unique townhouse with high ceilings and the most beautiful view of the sound. The house offers two living rooms, an older kitchen and 4 bedrooms with double beds/1.40 m beds. Located in a cozy environment close to the city center and within walking distance of several beaches and Frederiksø. On the newly built terrace, there is sun from morning to early evening. Good large dining area indoors and outdoors. Wood-burning stove in the living room (incl. firewood) In the kitchen, there is a new gas stove (electric oven), milk frother, etc.

Cozy central townhouse from 1880 with wilderness bath in the closed sunny courtyard. Decorated with many flexible sleeping spaces. The house is furnished with a living room with dining area and sofa arrangement on the ground floor and TV and living room in the basement. On the first floor there are two rooms. Suitable for two (close) families with children or families travelling several generations together. The townhouse is located right up the city park and a few minutes walk from the pedestrian street, supermarkets and the harbor.

The living area is characterized by light wood flooring and walls in soft grey. A round dining table is positioned in front of a bookshelf filled with various media. Access to a bright kitchen is visible through an opening, complemented by large windows allowing natural light.

In the eastern neighborhood, my lovely house is close to everything. Located on a quiet road and with walking distance of 10 minutes to the beach, forest, harbor or city center. Arriving by train or bus, you can walk to the house. The house is decorated stylishly and spartan. There are 3 bedrooms sleeping 4 guests. The house has a secluded courtyard where the sun shines all day. Here you can enjoy the view of the city's rooftops down to the harbor or relax in the hammock. There is a charcoal grill and 1 women's bike for free use.

Cozy apartment with private south-facing terrace

The guest apartment is located in one part of my house, which is located in quiet surroundings close to the city center. There is a separate entrance with a key box and exit to a south-facing terrace. I have chickens in the garden and will supply the apartment's fridge with eggs when there are any eggs. There is free coffee and tea, but you must bring your own milk and breakfast. I also live in the house, which is old and we all have to show consideration for each other of course.

“Home with piano and pallet couch, perfect for a family vacation. Shopping, shops, and cafes are a stone's throw away. The house has its own parking space and garden with barbecue, tables, chairs and hammock only available for the guests of the house. Cleaning is included in the price. Of course you clean up after yourself, take out the trash and swing the vacuum cleaner. Please note that the house is rented for at least 5 nights.
