Just 60 steps from the door, you have your feet in the water on a south-facing sandy beach with a view of the Ristinge Klint nature reserve, with Ærø and Marstal in the background. The 2,500 m2 natural plot of the holiday home goes right down to the water's edge. The house has 7 beds in 3 separate rooms, divided into 2 master bedrooms (double beds) and the first floor of the house with alcoves with 1 double and 1 single bed.

Take a break and relax in this peaceful oasis. At the back of the house, there is a 20 m2 private covered wooden terrace overlooking the fields and the garden. There is a new bathroom with a bathtub. 3 bedrooms, 1 with a double bed, 1 with a single bed, and 1 with a small double bed. The kitchen contains the things needed for 4-5 people. Towels and bed linens are ready. There are 2 ponds on the property, not always filled with water. But be aware of children playing. 4 km to the water. Please be considerate of our neighbors 😊
