A cottage with a special location surrounded by water on 3 sides in the middle of Svendborgsund. The house has been modernized with a new kitchen and bathroom as well as post-insulation so that it can be used all year round. The bedroom is bedroom with a new "Emma" bed and in the living room there is a sofa bed in good quality with room for adults. There is an outdoor shower and a staircase in the water for the morning dip. The 36 m2 house is south-facing, so you can experience both sunrises and sunsets from the house.

🍁🍂 Available days in September – experience autumn by the sea. We have a few dates left available in this beautiful month on Langeland, where the pace slows down and the soul can find peace. The house is ideal for a few days of presence and immersion. Enjoy the afternoon sun on the large porch overlooking the meadows, watch the sunset from the balcony, and have a good time indoors with great conversation, delicious food, coffee, or a glass of wine in front of the wood-burning stove after a walk by the water. 🍂🍷

There are good opportunities for beach fishing or swimming. The house has a fish cleaning area and a nice large terrace where you can enjoy the sun all day. Sauna and spa for cold days. The area offers Langeland's Fort, wild horses, stone cairns, Bronze Age mounds, and just 400 meters from the house is Langeland's Golf Course or Langeland's Lystfiskersø.

The spacious apartment is part of the atmospheric Skebjerg Søgaard, surrounded by beautiful nature and fresh air. On the farm, there are horses, chickens, cats, and the dog Carlo. Horseback riding is included in the price. The farm includes small wooded areas and two small lakes. The apartment has three bedrooms (6 people), but there is room for an additional 4-6 guests on the sofa bed and in the loft. Many excursion options, including Tranekær Castle, Rudkøbing, and swimming beaches.

This lovely holiday home is located in Southern Elangeland with beautiful sea views towards the Langelandsbelt and Lolland. From the apartment there is 460 m to the beach with summer bath bridge. The brick chambers on the farm Broe have turned into a cozy vacation home. The apartment is renovated in 2011 and is bright and simply furnished. It has its own south facing terrace and lawn. The apartment is located in scenic and quiet area.

Hosts speak English (fluently) as well as Danish (native). For rentals less than 4 nights there is a fee for usage of the outdoor hot tub.
