Cabin in Svendborg

The coziest summerhouse a few meters from the sea

Holiday home for rent We have decided to rent out our lovely summerhouse located on Grasten on the island of Thurø, which has a fixed connection to Svendborg. 200 meters from the summerhouse is the tourist ferry Helge to, and with it you can sail all the way to Svendborg city. The house is 74 m2 and consists of kitchen-living room, 1 bathroom, hallway, bedroom, children's room and repos with sofa bed. Large south facing wooden terrace with garden table/chairs and barbecue. The house is located right next to Svendborgsund. Yes in fact it is only 10 meters down to your own beach and its own bathing jetty, from where you can take a nice dip, catch crabs, collect rocks and hit out, build sand castles, only the imagination sets limits. After various beach activities, a shower can be enjoyed under the house's outdoor shower, which has both cold and hot water. The view is absolutely phenomenal with a view to Langeland, Tåsinge (Valdemarslot). On the sea there is always life of sailing ships and boats, as our house is located right at the entrance to Svendborg. In addition, many birds, guinea pigs and seals are seen. Everywhere there is green and peaceful, no noise from cars, only bird whistle to break the silence. There are large woods a walk away. If you are a fishing interest, flatfish, trout etc. can be caught from the jetty. We have two kayaks and two children's kayaks that are welcome to borrow. Life jackets for children and adults are also available. We also have a lovely wooden Finnish sauna, built from real fins there ourselves train wood and oven from Finland. Enjoy a deep in the sea and then experience the warmth of the lovely sauna. There is room for 1 family a max 4 people. You must bring your own linen, towels, dishcloths, tea towels, etc. We don't have a TV, but plenty of board games 😉 Wifi is available. Facilities: Dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hot plate, electric kettle, fridge + freezer, nespresso machine, toaster. The house is heated with electric heating, in addition to wood pellet stove. Price is exclusive of electricity consumption. Electricity meter is checked upon arrival and departure and is paid via mobile pay to no. 60619449 or put in cash. It needs to be cleaned/all emptied and then a cleaning company will be cleaned.

Here, a lovely rustic wooden summer house of 64 sqm is rented out. The house is located on a 1400 sqm secluded child-friendly plot 250 meters from the lovely beach. Large terrace with possibility of sun all day. The house can be used throughout the year, as the house is equipped with a well-functioning heat pump which may also be supplemented with the wood-burning stove. The surroundings provide ample opportunities for hiking and biking, and good bathing opportunities are not far away. There are many excursion opportunities and tourist attractions in the area

Great ocean view and cozy cottage.

Cozy cottage in the first row to the Langelandsbelt. Large terrace with great views of the water! Four rooms, one with a bunk bed and the other in open connection to the living room. Smaller and quiet area. Close to the house, there is a playground by the water, as well as a bathing jetty. More exciting to action close to the house. Good fishing opportunities, as well as outdoor washing for cleaning fish. Deposit 1.000 DKK Electricity and water consumption is paid in addition to the rental price (3.50 DKK per kWh of electricity and 100 DKK per m3 of water)

Cozy cottage on a large natural plot with trees

Holiday House on Langeland Hesselbjerg Strand near Ristinge, 150 meters to lovely child-friendly beach. The house is with nice kitchen and living room in one. There is a TV internet , wood stove, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and dryer. THE PRICE IS INCLUSIVE OF CONSUMPTION. Additional cleaning fee will be added. As the cottage is located on a natural site - with many trees, you can expect that on outdoor areas there are fallen leaves, pollen and other things that relate to nature/the season on garden furniture etc.

Covered terrace with rustic rustic. The cottage is located on a 3000 m2 undeveloped natural plot with tall trees and a fire pit. It is 800 meters to one of Denmark's best beaches with lovely white sand. There is firewood for the stove and fire pit. In the morning, you can often see wild game on the grounds.

Peaceful idyllic beach and beautiful nature (with outdoor spa)

My accommodation is located 250 m from the water with fantastic nature and lots of wildlife. You will love my home because of the coziness, the tranquility, the outdoor spa and lots of practical equipment that makes everyday life easier but still lots of cottage coziness. There is an electric car charger at the house. For Electricity, DKK 4.5 per KWh is paid. Settled after departure, where it is also possible and buy cleaning (500 kr.) 5 min (car) to the grocery store. 1 min (walk) to the beach.

Charmerende 60 kvm stort træhus med havudsigt og 150 m til dejlig badestrand. Desuden gode muligheder for fiskeri. Adgang til fiskeskur. Stor terrasse med solkroge rundt om hele huset og lille hyggelig have. Huset er fra 60'erne, men renoveret med funktionelt køkken, to små soveværelser og tv-stue med dobbeltseng. Toilet i huset. Udendørs skærmet brusebad med varmt vand. Huset er udstyret med wifi, brændeovn, varmepumpe og stor fladskærm. Fra huset er der fin udsigt udover langelandsbæltet.
