The house is furnished with a living room with dining area and sofa arrangement on the ground floor and TV and living room in the basement. On the first floor there are two rooms. Suitable for two (close) families with children or families travelling several generations together. The townhouse is located right up the city park and a few minutes walk from the pedestrian street, supermarkets and the harbor.

The area offers Langeland's Fort, wild horses, stone cairns, Bronze Age mounds, and just 400 meters from the house is Langeland's Golf Course or Langeland's Lystfiskersø.

The house also contains an impressive water park with a 18 m2 pool with water slide, a nice 6 person spa and a large sauna. And there is also an activity room with ping-pong table, billiards, darts, foosball and Playstation 3. There is also internet and cable tv.
