Orren cabin med ski inn and out

Flott hytte med 3 soverom. Hovedsoverom. 180cm seng. Soverom 2 - 120cm og 75cm seng. Soverom 3- 150cm og 90cm seng. Alle sengene har enkelt dyner, totalt 8stk. . Sengetøy og håndkler må medbringes ved opphold. Hytta må vaskes og ryddes i eget regi etter bruk (vaskemidler m mer finnes på hytta). Utvask kan bestilles, gi beskjed om det ønskes. Som svensk statsborger gis det rut/ rot fradrag. . Det er en 50» smart tv, ps4 samt Apple tv i stua og en 32» tommer smart tv på hemsen. Det er kaffetrakter, brødrister, stavmikser, vannkoker, mikrobølgeovn, riskoker, kjøkkenvekt, kjøkkentilbehør, kasseroller osv. Utendørs er det gassgrill som kan benyttes. Sluttstäd av hytta kan bestilles for Kr.2000( gi beskjed i god tid). Rut avdrag er mulig for svenske statsborgere, men da må Städtjänsten ha navn, adress, personnummer osv. Rut fradrag gjør at leietager betaler kun 50% (1000kr)- faktura direkte fra Städtjänst. Om man ønsker vaske i eget regi, tilkommer kontrollgebyr kr 350 for ekstern kontroll slik at vi har kontroll på rengjøringen før neste gjest ankommer. Håper på forståelse for det. Cabin near the mountains in scenic Hemfjällstangen Sälen

Small cozy cottage in Hemfjällstangen cottage area with proximity to cross-country skiing tracks, snowmobile and hiking trails. To Lindvallen and Klippen ski resorts, it is about 15 minutes drive. The cottage is 38 m2 on a shared plot with another cottage that is also rented. The cottage can accommodate: One bedroom with two single beds. A living room with kitchen, dining area, fireplace and TV corner (sofa bed that becomes 140 cm wide). The kitchen is equipped with stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker. Bathroom with toilet and shower.

Only 15 minutes by car to Branäs and 20 minutes to Långberget. Large spacious rooms. Newly renovated bathroom with shower. Dining area for 8 people in the TV room/ living room and dining area for 5 people in the kitchen. Well-equipped kitchen with microwave, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. Forsstugan

Relax in this individual and tranquil space. A smaller gravel road leads you to a dead end where Forsstugan awaits overlooking the Västerdalälven river. Enjoy the tranquility but with proximity to the more eventful mountains. Depending on which mountain you want, after a 20-30 minute drive, you can take part in all the mountain's offerings, so that after an adventurous day, you can return to Forsstugan's quiet nook and warm yourselves in front of the fire. In the summer you have walking distance to the popular Äråbadet.

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. Here you live without neighbors and you have a magical view of Klarälven and the forest. The house has a separate kitchen and living room as well as two bedrooms. The house is located about three km from Höljes where there is a grocery store. There is a short route to several ski resorts. The closest is Branäs (35 minutes), Trysil and Sälen (50 minutes). In addition to the house, there is also a small cabin with two beds that you can sleep in during the summer.

Old seat cottage that is renovated to Långberget with an extension. The house has a high coziness factor near nature and hiking trails. In winter it is very close to ski tracks and vallabod. There are most amenities you can wish for. There is no Wi-Fi in the cabin but a good selection on the TV. Electric car charging is available at the hotel. You bring your own sheets and towels and consumables. You clean up after yourself and leave the cabin in the condition it was when you arrived. Welcome

Välplanerat attefallshus ett stenkast från längdspåret! Huset ligger med närhet till Högfjället i ett naturskönt område med ett fint ski-in/outläge. Du tar dig enkelt till skidbackarna och i området passerar fina längdskidspår som tar dig mot Högfjället eller Tandådalen. En liten bit bort passerar skoterleder vilka du kan ansluta till från bostaden. I huset finns ett sovrum med en enkelsäng och förvaring samt ett rymligt loft med dubbelsäng. Badrum med wc, kommod och dusch. Praktisk hall.
