Small cozy cottage in Hemfjällstangen's cottage area with proximity to cross-country ski trails, snowmobile trails and hiking trails. To Lindvallen and Kläppens ski resorts, it is about 15 minutes' drive. The cottage is 38 m2 on a shared plot with another cottage that is also rented. The cottage accommodates: One bedroom with two single beds. A living room with kitchen, dining area, fireplace and TV corner (sofa bed that in the bedded position is 140 cm wide). The kitchen is equipped with stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker. Bathroom with toilet and shower.

This is a peaceful accommodation in a 19th-century cottage on the edge of the forest. Wood-fired sauna. Fireplace in the large kitchen. Two extra beds in the kitchen sofa bed. So 10 people can sleep well. There are many nice walking paths and bike paths. 10 minutes to Kläppen's ski trails and slopes. 20 minutes to the Vasa Race start. Summer time 3 km away, there is a very nice and newly built FREE swimming area with 25 meter pool. Mini golf etc. 5 minutes to Limas Biathlon Stadium with nice cross-country skiing trails. Firewood is available to buy from us.

Welcome to our mountain cabin, a stone's throw from open nature and cross-country ski trails on Martebäcken. Despite the pleasant feeling of nature and undisturbed location, you are about 4 kilometers away from Lindvallen's city center with everything from a new shopping area, ski slopes and adventure pools to hotels, shops and restaurants. The cottage is fully equipped with 10 beds spread over two floors. The kitchen is fully equipped with space for 10 people. Old manor house that has been moved to Långberget with an extension. The house has a high cozy factor close to nature and hiking trails. In winter, it is very close to ski trails and a waxing shed. There are most of the amenities you could wish for. There is no Wi-Fi in the cottage but a good selection on the TV. Electric car charging is available at the hotel. You bring your own sheets and towels and consumables. You clean up after yourself and leave the cottage in the condition it was in when you arrived. Welcome

Välkommen till vårt mysiga och fräscha hus. Nyrenoverade ytskikt 2024 i stor del av boendet. Nya sängar, madrasser, täcken, kuddar etc. Branäs skidanläggning 7km, Långberget längdskidor 12km, Trysil skidanläggning 90km, badhus 500m. Fiske, scooter, cykling, skridskor vandring. Husets ligger 20 meter från Klarälven, perfekt om ni vill fiska. Nere vid älven har vi en fin privat grillplats (endast för er hyresgäster). Ved att elda med ingår! Har ni tur får ni se älgarna, de är ofta på besök 🫎
