Use our boat to visit the local mills in the nature area, relax in the large sunny garden or on our spacious terrace boat! It's the ideal location to enjoy a relaxed holiday and also be close to all the famous attractions! A rowing boat and bikes are available (for free) so you can enjoy all the attractions in the area near the houseboat! We're looking forward to meeting you!

Compact studio for 2 persons, 10 minutes from Amsterdam. Beautifull view over the pastures, the tipical Dutch 19th century sight located in a unique wild reserve. The studio is equiped with a kitchen, bathtub and underfloor heating. You can take the bike, hire a canoe, hike or just relax. The bus gets you to the center of Amsterdam in 15 minutes. Ilpendam is a picturesque village in Waterland, 8 km north of Amsterdam. We have the advantages of the countryside, on the other hand we are in 10 min by car or bus to the A'dam Metro! After a hectic day in the city, you can relax here in nature. There is a large wooden deck on the water with table and chairs. Here you can swim if you like or paddle with our borrowed canoes. There's also a terrace in front of the house, with a table and 3 chairs where you can have breakfast in the morning sun.

Our romantic windmill (1874) is just a few miles from Amsterdam in wide green fields and along a meandering river: "Gein". Easy access to the A'dam. by car, train or by bike. You have the entire windmill to yourself. Three floors, 3 bedrooms with double beds: it easily sleeps 6, a kitchen, living, 2 toilets and a bathroom with bath/shower. Bikes available + kayak. Just leave some extra money if you did use them. No need to reserve ahead. Great swimming water and small landing just in front.

Vlakbij de bruisende stad aan de rand van natuurgebied. Met openbaar vervoer naar centrum Amsterdam duurt ongeveer 15 minuten. De bushalte ligt op 50 meter. Een (Uber) taxi naar de stad is amper 15minuten. Deze woning is niet geschikt voor kinderen tussen 6 maanden en 4 jaar. Je bent van harte welkom.

Are you tired of the city? Are you looking for a special destination for a vacation in your own country? I would like to welcome you to my unique location in the middle of the countryside of Waterland. Just 15 minutes from the city center of Amsterdam, and a stone's throw from picturesque Broek in Waterland, lies my houseboat. To reach the yard, use a small ferry to cross the Broekervaart. The ferry is, by the way, private property, and is only used by my guests.
